I'm taking an indefinite break from posting art for a while.
It just doesn't bring me any joy to create at the moment. With everything going on in my personal life I could really do with getting that joy back.
If you see this post, start commenting on your favourite artists and writers work, tell them you like what they create.
For a long time now it's felt like I'm creating for nobody, no one interacts with me or my art beyond liking and reposting and that just doesn't register to me.
I put my art out there to try and find people who understand me, who resonate with my work somehow. It's funny to me that I had more of that when I was still posting "safe" work and keeping all of my fan art and erotic art to myself.
So, to me, everyone's silence feels like rejection of who I am truly. Which as you can imagine, isn't the most encouraging feeling. Either way, for now I'm done.
