Nooooo, no ER, babe. He’s just a colicky baby. I’ll put him in the warm bath for a little and give him some gripe water and see if that helps. In the mean time, we’re not sleeping with a bedsheet on. I’m too lazy to put on a third one and he’s dumped on the last two.

I think I want to believe in God more than I actually do. I have to believe in God because I want to believe I’ll see my family again one day. And that Frankie and Link will see their parents one day.

Tea. The church never did good things for me, but I know it provides hope for people. Like Nora, holy shit, the woman’d be lost without her faith. I feel that way about my family. I’d be lost without ‘em. And other than that, I just believe in karma I guess.  

I don’t know… I didn’t grow up with any, but I think so. I hear horses are like… therapeutic or some shit. 

Yeah, they are. Most’a my kids go to therapy and there are always service dogs in the office that they love. Claire, she started some therapy with horses not long ago and that’s why she wants one of her own now. Big ass animals and she’s so calm around ‘em. I applaud her for that. 

Maybe… I’d probably write a really bad song parody and just poorly sing it at you. 

I like the idea of having all of our bridal party say a ‘lil something to us. You know, do something a little different? Ya’ll can all have a few minutes instead of a long ass boring speech. Knowing Casey he’ll probably think it’s self-absorbed,  but hey, I am self-absorbed. I want to hear ya’ll say good, happy things about us. I don’t got no shame in it. 

I hope my kids stay tenderhearted but also grow strong. I never know if I’m doing this right, you know? You and Casey make it look so easy. 

Raising kids is the hardest job I’ve ever had, baby, and I used to take it up the ass a couple times ‘a night when I was escorting. Aha, for real. You’re doing a good job. I mean it. We love you and we got you and the triplets whenever you need us.
