a sunset's love letter to you:
dear human,
today, however it went, i will help you to end it beautifully
my existence is indication that a tomorrow will come,
that tomorrow you can start over,
don't forget that i will rise once more and
another opportunity arises to try again,
because when the sun floats to the top of the world, it is a reminder of what is to come,
a reminder that the world will turn once again,
the sun will appear to move across the sky as the earth takes another lap,
just to give you another chance to make someone smile, make plans with a special person, make a friend, attempt another project, love someone new, let go of everything that has ever held us back,
so we can find ourselves among the stars that keep us company until the sun comes back around...
