Sol 6: I'm Pretty Much Fucked

WOW Tumblr is unusable. No surprise there. You cannot make a primary blog secret/password protected, you cannot change which blog is your primary and which are your secondaries. This website it utterly unusable. Cool.

Yo is there a way to make a Tumblr private? I'm ready to leave this account behind, but I don't necessarily want to delete yet.

I foolishly told my housemates I texted my bad ex and they were just SO disappointed in me. I guess I was probably just attention seeking. I regret it because I know what I want right now and I know my ex can give it to me.

I just needed attention and validation that felt real and romantic.

I feel very weak tonight.

I think the problem with me and therapy is that I'm looking for someone to talk through my past with and how that has impacted my mental health now, but that's not necessarily super productive and ye, they all wanna tell me affirmations that I just... Like... Ye, I try? Not to be cruel to myself ? Sometimes I manage not to, sometimes I don't? I don't rly want the affirmation and memory mnemonic hey when this is just practice, and I'm already practicing, and if I wasn't, your affirmation wouldn't rly help?
