Tony: would try to make you scrambled eggs, burn them, and then call for your favorite takeout

Steve: would make some weird meal from the 40’s that you don’t love but eat because he seems excited to cook for you

Bruce: makes some BOMB curry and rice

Natasha: makes you a sandwich with the crust cut off and a glass of water and then stares at you until you finish it all

Clint: ‘oh shit same’ and then orders pizza

On the drive home from the theatre after watching Endgame, my best friend and I had a heart to heart. We talked about these two amazing characters (Steve is my favourite and Tony is hers), and how we feel we relate to them. We also talked about the incredible people who brought them to life, and why we admire them. A lot of self-realizations came to light and it made us feel even more connected to them and their characters than we already did. We decided that night to stop putting it off and finally get the tattoos we’ve always wanted.

Just a couple weeks ago, we finally got them done!! She has Iron Man’s arc reactor, and we both got our tattoos in the same place (on the inside of our left ankle)!

Among other things, Steve Rogers is trying to find his place in a world he feels he doesn’t belong in. Despite everything he’s been through, he is kind, thoughtful, honest, virtuous, loyal, and pure in heart.

Through everything, one thing Steve has always done is stay himself. It took me a long time to feel comfortable in my own skin, to love myself for the person I am.

For anyone who noticed and is curious about the tiny “shhh...” in there...

I first watched this interview with Chris nearly 8 years ago. Hearing someone in the spotlight open up and talk candidly about their struggles with depression and anxiety opened my eyes. Not only did he help me put a face on what I was feeling, he showed me something that would help calm those worries for years to come.

I have also wanted a tattoo that said “shhh...” since the first time I watched that interview. Getting the shield and the quote together was an easy choice.

I was watching The Nanny Diaries and I couldn’t help but laugh!!

Four years after that movie came out, Chris plays the most patriotic character in the history of characters.

Given, her outfit is a little more ridiculous than Captain America’s, but still..
