Been making a bunch of pixel D&D tokens for the group I DM.

Took a break from DnD stuff and just drew some shapes (which turned into the hat) and went from there.

I still need to finish animating the hair, and the last frame transition for the falling run-fall, but it’s looking a bit better at this point.

Need to re-evaluate my process.

I’m still chugging along. Gonna try to animate this one Tomorrow. See how it works out.
