The ending of ACCA didn’t have some grand over the top finale, but it ended in the only way a show like ACCA could have. People played their games, some won and some lost, dreams were fulfilled or broken, and love in all it’s forms was accepted. All in the, mostly, mundane ways that life flows together to turn these amazing thematic pieces into pieces that make up the day to day whole. ACCA probably won’t be one of those shows that will still be talked about by this time next year, but it never tried to shoehorn itself into something it wasn’t. It was ultimately a story about people and their connections, and it told that story wonderfully.
