WEEK 3 / DAY 1
And here we go again! My back went this morning and so Iโm off work unable to move - not a great start. But Iโm using this time to evaluate last week and to think about what I want to achieve this week.
Week 3 goals:
๐ป Exercise every day (even if itโs just restorative yoga whilst I have a bad back) ๐ป Stick to Huel shakes for breakfasts and dinners ๐ป Practise self care every day
I'm sorry I haven't been posting on here for a long time. The main aim for this blog was for me to experiment and explore vegan food. Then I studied a really intense masters degree for 2 years which took up most of my time. During that time I stress ate a lot and put on a lot of weight. My main aim now is to get fit and healthy again. I like to compartmentalise and so I started a new blog: @hippyfitblr
