Frozen Flowers

"Wow, it…it really looks great."

She's a little embarrassed, hand gliding up and rubbing against her arm self-conscious of all the skin she's technically showing.

"Summer is cold where you and I are from," She began, remembering the still freezing summers in Mille Seseau, the land in a permanent winter. "but here in Serdio, the weather changes. It has four seasons, each season bringing about different things. Autumn and spring are beautiful sights in this country."

   "That's..." Lorelia was honestly in awe at this idea. The mention of a season being anything but cold and she couldn't help the warm smile that touched her lips. Despite how strange it was ... "if that's the truth, then I should take breaks around those points of year to come visit as well."

"I can live with those terms." The boots wouldn’t do him much good at the beach anyway. He kicked his second boot off and handed it over. "What do you even want them for, anyway?"

   "Oh, no reason." Carefully assigning them back in a room before taking the swimsuit and disappearing off for a moment to look at it and try to figure out how exactly it was supposed to work. 

"Well, swimming in it would probably be a bit of a challenge, for starters."

   "I shall pass on the swimming then! It's perfectly fine." --not to mention she didn't know how to swim.

"You could try something a bit more modest if you preferred. Not that I think you have any reason to worry about it."

   "Wouldn't my uniform be sufficient? I can't see a thing I couldn't do it in that I wouldn't do normally."

"Oh I’m sure I could get you in somehow. Saving the world has it’s perks now and again."

   "Well, you can't make me wear something like ... that... I don't know how you can even be comfortable in such revealing clothing."

"Well clearly we’re going to have to fix that. Especially since I essentially have a free pass to the beach resort whenever we would like."

“…Caesar, I…er… It may not be a good idea. Your pass wouldn’t work for me, would it?”

"That’s why it’s meant for the beach, obviously.”
