Am I the only one who's embarrassed when someone knows they have an0rex!a? I'm suddenly hyper aware of whatever I'm eating, especially when they know I have been h0sp!tali$ed, like yeah they shoved a tube inside my nose and I had absolutely no choice over it just because I denied myself something everyone needs to survive, my bad...but I'm fine with posting it on this sub, so it's probably just kind of a fear if others think it's stupid and unreasonable, which it is but it's not how my brain perceives it

I was taking a shower while everyone else was eating so I was able to skip dinner

Why is it so triggering when someone doesn't know that I'm an0rex!c? But I also don't want them to know because it'll be weird
