Soo, been a while since I made an actual post but I just wrote some reflections abt my mental health to those who haven’t actually seen me say anything in a while

So honestly, I have gotten better at handling it, I’ve stopped completely just randomly venting out of nowhere and I better understand boundaries now, honestly big yay for me cause this is smth I did often for years

I’ve also finally applied to counselling so I’ll be getting further support regarding handling some of my problems, and honestly uni has been so nice, the tutors are kind and understanding, my classmates are very chill and in general don’t trust treat me like a random background character, I gently think my uni life has improved my own life a bit

I have also slowly been getting better at my art and graphic design skills, been getting mostly good grades and while I still struggle with getting art done I’ve been focusing more on experimenting rather than just perfection

ihope things continue going smoothly
