Maybe if older people past the retirement age retire and those of us stuck in entry level jobs despite years of experience and qualifications get to move up there will be job openings for fresh out of college young ones. Unfortunately, until the retirement plan comes with a livable pension because most old people are living longer, falling sick more often and spending all their savings on healthcare forcing them to get extensions we're not really going anywhere.
