I like the idea that Michael holds onto the idea that he could have fought off all four Lost Boys at once on the night they turned him for WELL after all the vampire stuff has all wrapped up.

It is the bane of Star's existence, but she doesn't know how to get through to him that just because they can't prove it wouldn't have happened, that doesn't make it likely.
