Summery: After several years (167 to be exact) you reuinite with polidori. Exept now hes complelt diferent eveb going by a diferent name. You decude to join him and the lost boys, setting into a rutine. Until a new kid intow disrups the norm.
A/n: This will loosely follow the events of the movie. I had to change the year that it takes place for the timeline to work correctly. of course there will be mentions of gore and killing (as vampires do). Not all the scenes of the lost boys will be here because it would be too long. I did cut a lot of parts because of how long this was getting. Hints of poly lost boys if you squint. NOT PROOF READ

Santa Carla 1980
California is known for Hollywood and movie stars. Enough young idiots to make feeding a lot more entertaining. That was the same reason you'd originally been in New York, but everything moved a mile a minute, and that got old.
California was filled with several small beach towns to hide away at. Ultimately you chose Santa Carla. Its league of deaths and disappearances would easily hide away your kills. You had only arrived 2 nights ago, so you took more time exploring the nightlife of the boardwalk.
Tonight you went inside this cute VHS store, you couldn't get any because you didn't own a TV, but it was nice to look. The owner, Max, seemed kind enough, and it was a cute place. You were skimming through the titles on the shelves when roaring engines outside caught your attention. A group of 4 bikers parked outside, you'd gotten used to seeing bikers around, so you didn't pay much attention to them.
You only looked back when catching them walk in from the corner of your eye. You glance here and there at their clothes, taking a liking to their styles. But one in particular caught your attention the most.
He had a uncanny resemblance to Polidori...like a scary amount of similarity. Same soft features, same big, droopy eyes, same curly blond hair. Well, almost the same. His hair was in a mullet fashion with long blond curls in the back, a chunk being tied back with a purple ribbon. It couldn't be him, no way, not possible. He was meant to be dead or... presumed to be dead.
When his gaze finally landed on you, he stopped in his tracks, his mouth hanging slightly agape with shock. The recognition in his eyes confirmed it: Polidori was alive and here. You both serve each other from your spots. His style change was clear. He now wore a patched together jacket that had such detailing, with a white crop tank top under. He wore light blue jeans under very worn chaps. He had clearly changed since the last time you saw him, but his face was still all the same.
Too much the same, when you looked at his face, all you thought of was who you'd mourned. You didn't want to go through that again, so you did what he had done to you. You ran right out of the store.
Once you were a good distance away, you slowed, coming to a stop, leaning on a low wooden fence, looking out to the ocean. You became lost in your thoughts and memories. You didn't notice he had caught up to you. Not until he stood right next to you did you turn to him. It was him, really him. After so many years you're seeing him.
"Hi" That's it. After decades after that night all you got was a hi. How dare he think that's all he could say, as if he weren't running for the hills the last time you saw him. You deserved more than that, at the very least a sentence. Decades of built up anger came out in a burst when your fist came in contact with his face.
"OW...fuck!" His hand came to his cheek, soothing where he had been hit.
"What is wrong with you?! Runing away like that? I thought you died, got burned up by the sun, or were lying somewhere starving to death! I went looking for you, but your family said you had run off and presumed to have taken your own life!"
"Technically I tried, but poison doesn't work the same on vampires. So a new life in America was the next best thing." You wanted to yell and scream about how much his leaving had hurt you.
"Listen I'm sorry. I am so unbelievably sorry. Words and actions can't describe how sorry I am."
"I was trying to help you."
"I know, and I was an idiot too scared to see that. So petrified with fear, I ran for the hills, leaving behind every ounce of my brain and heart." He gave a big grin playfully, like that dramatic statement would charm you. It was also slightly offputting hearing him be poetic without his accent.
"You're still so dramatic, Polidori" scoffing at his dramatic words.
"Marko" He corrected you, and you took a moment before responding. His name, his style, and his accent are all different. He really had changed.
"You're still so dramatic, Marko" You repeat testing out the name. He always loved hearing his name roll off your tongue. But this name has become attached to how he was now happy and comfortable with his identity. You calling him 'Marko' made a part of him feel completed, feeling like he was fully accepted into the new identity.
"It's better than being boring."
"Do you live by that philosophy now?"
"Not on purpose, but it's definitely made life more exciting from the moment I docked here."
"Really? Now I have to hear these stories."
"Walk and talk then" He offered his gloved hand. The fingerless gloves are a testament to his changed style. Your feelings of hate for his actions soon gave way to nostalgia. You pulled him into a tight hug, which he instantly reciprocated.
"I've been waiting so many years to hear you say that again" How your friendship and relationship grew and now will make amends. He pulled away enough to look you in your eyes.
"Me too" He leans in, pulling you into a kiss. His lips, which you remember were once warm, now are cold like yours but still soft. But he had changed. No, he's grown into his own, more confident in his own presence. Together in your own world, you both hold each other close, refusing to separate. There was no doubt in his mind and no Byron to fight against you. After years of pain and distance, he has finally felt like he always should have: confident, happy, and completely loved by you.
When you both separated, Polido-Marko wasted no time in telling you his story. From when he had tried to go back to his family, that was ultimately a failure when he became too consumed by hunger. His painfully long voyage to San Francisco and his meeting of David and Dwayne. And went on about their later discovery of Paul, who also joined the group. You didn't miss how his eyes lit up when talking about them. It was clear there was a close connection. He had hinted at a deeper relationship with the group, still too nervous to fully come clean.
In return, you had told your part of the story from the pain and rage from when he had left. That merged into fear for his well being after not finding him with his family or anywhere you thought he would have sought refuge. It had taken you years to fully give up on Europe and move to New York. At that point you had accepted his disappearance.
Even after decades you both fell back into a rhythm like no time had passed. Nothing else mattered as you both walk around the boardwalk. Conversation had led away from less heavy topics like what you had done throughout the decades. And Marko did not pass up the chance to talk about his jacket and his other fashion choices he had made, as his taste had changed.
Hours had passed in the blink of an eye. You found yourselves back at the VHS store. You stood not too far away, where Marko's friends were back on their bikes. Based on Marko's previous description, you could identify them. At the start of the line would be David, next to him Dwayne, leaving Paul to be at the end.
"Marko! Let's go" David calls out to Marko. The sun was about to come up so infact all of you needed to leave. But the way he had said it made you feel uneassy. To you,as an outsider looking in, he talked like he held some great authority.
"Is he like—?" Marko had only sung David's praises, but the chances of his mind being clouded still lingered. You didn't want him to have stumbled upon another Byron all over again.
"No no not even close" Marko had picked up on your unease and was quick to soothe them. "Trust me, under the black clothes and bleached hair, he's sweet; I promise." He looked back at David, telling him to give him a second.
He really had changed, but in a great way. He held himself differently. He was clearly more confident in himself. Even his eyes looked less dull. He even held his head higher with less stress weighing down on him. You couldn't help the smile that crept onto your face.
"What?" He asked when he saw you spilling at him like a love struck fool.
"You're happy" You were proud that he was able to grow into the person before you. And no longer be held back by worry.
"I'll be double happy if you come with me"
"Go with you where?"
"A cave under hudsons bluff. There's plenty of room. Unless you've got to leave town." He added the last part, not wanting to come off as forceful. He knew you had been a nomad for years, and asking you to stay with them is a big ask.
"I don't plan on leaving you any time soon" With your acceptance, he led you to the rest of the group to introduce you. Once Marko told them who you were, everything clicks into place for them. Paul had snuck in a few sly comments about how obsessed with you Marko was. That unleashed the floodgates to everybody else filling you in on Markos's embarrassing moments.
Santa Carla 1983
Marko had always had a pull to him. You stayed in his town for a year because of wanting to be close to him. And like, nothing has changed, you did it again. After all, you were not about to skip to the next town without him by your side. And he had no plans of leaving, let alone without Paul, Dwayne, and David.
They were surprisingly easy to feel at peace with. Years of being alone made you stay on guard at the start, but that quickly fell. They were so accepting of you. Granted, they knew a lot about you because of hearing Marko's rant over and over.
You settled into their routine and dynamic as if you were always meant to be there. You had grown to love them, each of them, and them to you, in their own ways. Paul and Marko had helped you get new clothes and tailor anything if needed. Dwayne had even built you your own motorcycle. He even allowed you to customize it how you'd like, within reason, of course. David had shown more of his true colors of actually being good for a laugh or a good story.
You had all started a bond over your shared love for Marko, but it had grown on several levels. But the best part of all was being with Marko, along with others who loved him. But now neither of you had to hide any part from each other and were free to spend all the time you wanted with each other. It was like a dream, he was more perfect than you had imagined. He had shown you how deeply he cared for you, and your bond had only gotten stronger.
Currently you and Paul were at one of the fences that separated the boardwalk and the beach. Paul sat straddling the fence as he lazily hummed the song playing on the boardwalk speakers. You leaned on the fence with your forearm as you looked out, watching the people on the beach.
Marko walks up into the space between you and Paul. You turn your head to see him with his hands behind his back and a smirk on his face. His smile never failed to make you smile with him.
"Hi?" He responded by bringing out the bear plushie that was hidden behind his back.
"Did you steal it or win it?" You took the soft plush from his hands.
"Does it matter? I got it" He looked very proud of himself, which told you he might have actually taken the time to win it the right way.
"You're usually not the one to get plushies" You point out the out of normal action.
"I got it for Laddie, but he liked the dolphin Dwayne got him better." He said defeatedly. You laughed a bit at how disappointed he was. But it also warmed your heart knowing he cared for Laddie.
"Dont laugh" His hand came to your side pulling you close to him.
"Im sorry" You stop your laughter but nor your smile."Thanks for the second hand plush" You pet the bears fuzzy head.
"Anytime" He pulled you closer so your lips conected. Life had for once settled into a comfertable normal. After all the hardship you both finaly were together and happy with nothing to intrupt. His lips were still slightly warmer then your. The kiss wanst hungry it was sweet and simple. You both getting lost in the sweet simplicity of it all.
"Dont be a hog" Paul tugs at the back of Markos jacket. Marko pulls away chuckling at Pauls action. You on the other hand were upset at the disruption.
"Youve had him to yourselfs for long enough" You shoo him away with the plushy you had in hand. He takes the plushy in a compramise.
Marko turns his attention back to you, he planted kissis on your cheack and down your neack. You laugh a littke finding it a bit Ticalish. Paul once again inturpedted by nuging you both. Befor you could protest again he points to where he spotted Michael Emerson.
There was this plan around Michael and his family to turn them put in place by Max. He inted the plan to end with him having a mother for his kids. You didnt dislike Max but you also didnt hold as much loyalty to him as the rest of them.
All three of you walk back to your bickes where Dwayne and David alredy were Both watched as Star walked past with Michael. Star was fallowing the fake plan of her meant to feed on Michael. You alk knew she whoulnt have the heart to do it she was just used to lure him in.
Befor star could leave on the back of Michael's motorcycle you all caged them in a cicle with your own bickes. David chalanged Michael to keep up with you guys. The best part of the whole plan, in your opinion, was being able to mess with Michael.
One by one you drive off the bored walk and onto the beach pushing the speed of your bickes to its limits. Michael lead behind semeingly unsettled with the spead ond rugh turange. Yet he still was able to catch up close behinde David as he leaded toward the cave.
Once you all made it back to the cave with Michael, David started showing him around to get familiar with the place. Everybody else had fallen into their normal routines. You sat on one of the rock formations next to Marko as he fed one of his many pigeons. The pigeons had grown attached to you, often snuggling against your neck or lap.
David then instructed the two of you to get some food. Marko moved his hand so the pigeon knew to get off. He stretches out his hand for you to take. Accepting you got up, the pigeon next to you flew away as well. Hand in hand you both make your way out of the cave and fly into the air.
Getting to the boardwalk, Marko starts pointing out the opinions. You don't know why he was asking you. You had only started eating human food again when you joined them. A common misconception is that vampires can't eat human food. They can, but it held no nutrition for them anymore, and as years go by, vampires lose the ability to taste human food at all.
"We should get chines?" You suggested.
"I thought David doesn't like Chinese."
"He loves Chinese. You should know you've known him longer than I have."
"Ya, but stuff like that doesn't stick in my head." Marko shrugs.
"Does anything stick in your head?" You tease him by tapping him on his temple.
"You do." He grabbed your hand in his, kissing the back of your hand. Even after years, he still held some old fashioned mannerisms. It was a nice reminder that under his confidence, he's still Polidori under all of it. Your free hand comes to his hair as you lean in for a kiss. His thumb rubs circles on your knuckles as he leans in to the kiss.
You pull away your hand, still messing with his curls behind his ear. "We have to go get some food."
"They can wait." He pulls you close to him, but you pry yourself away from him.
"No, they can't." From past experience, you knew if you two took too long, they would get pissy. David was bound to be even more upset if you were late while he had a guest over.
Dragging Marko to the back of the Chinese restaurant. You both went along with your usual plan of Marko going in and causing a commotion while you stole as much food as you could grab and leave. You were meant to switch roles once in a while, but Marko had loved causing a commotion in a more and more outrageous way.
Food in hand, you both run off the boardwalk. Once you both were out of the public eye, you were able to fly the rest of the way, Marko almost dropping a few boxes that you were able to catch.
"Feeding time boys." Marko yelled out into the cave as you both arrived back inside to the awaiting group.
"Come and get it." you yell after Marko does walk up next to him. Marko hands a box to David.
"Chinese, good choice." David takes it with a smile. You give Marko a look, knowing you were right and happy you were proven so. You grab two of the takeout boxes and the chopsticks, giving one to Laddie and offering to Star but she refused.
Marko tossed a box to Dwayne and put some of the fortune cookies on the table in front of Laddie.
"Over here bud." Paul said to Marko. In response, he tossed him a box. Getting done with passing food, Marko sat on the old trunk close to David. You stood sideways between his legs, he leaned his head against you while he picked at his noodles.
"Guest first." David offers the box of rice to Michael.
"No, thank you."
"You don't like rice? Tell me, Michael, how could a billion Chinese people be wrong?" He smirked. Paul chuckled at the comment. Feeling on the spot, Michael took the box, watching David before taking a bite. You leaned forward giving David your own food. Being the oldest of the vampires, human food had long since lost its taste.
"How are those maggots?" Michael stopped mid chew, looking worried."Maggots, Michael, your eating maggots how do they taste?" David leaned closer. Michael gave a simple scoff, looking back at the rice that, to him, was now maggots.
He throws the box ro the ground and spits out everything in his mouth. You laughed along with everybody else. Out of all of them, you could hear Marko the most, not just because he was against you, but because you were still getting used to hearing him actually enjoying himself.
"Leave him alone" Star's voice cut through the dieing out laughter. The sound of a wave crashing boomed outside, while Michael looked back down at the now normal rice. He sat there looking very confuses.
"Sorry about that. No hard feelings, huh?" David apologized, his eyes unwavering from Michael.
"No" he responded after a moment, trying to play it cool. Your hand comes up to Marko's long hair that was being tied back by a purple ribbon in the back. The ribbon was basically falling out, most likely from the harsh winds of flying, you took a mental note to fix it later.
"Why don't you try some noodles?" David reaches out the box for Michael to take. He looked inside only to see worms wiggling around. "Their worm" Michael looks back at the ground, looking a bit annoyed.
"Their worm?" David took the box back, bringing some noodles up to his mouth.
"Don't eat..." Michael's protest dies out when he sees David eat regular noodles. "They're only noodles, Michael" The cave erupts in laughter once again. Michael was still a bit confused but forced an awkward smile on his face to play along.
"That's enough," Star said, more stern than last time.
"Ah, chill out, girl" Paul brushed her off. Star's and Paul's personalities had always clashed heavily. When the laughter died down, David turned to Marko, mouthing out the word to get the bottle.
Marko nods, placing his food to the side. You take a step to the side to get out of his way, taking the spot he once sat. Marko presented the bottle to David, whose eyes never left Michael. Star walked from her spot to stand behind Michael.
David opened the bottle, savoring a sip before offering it to Michael. "Drink some of this, Michael. Be one of us." The tension only grew when Michael stood up, taking the bottle. Star followed behind, getting closer to him.
"Michael, Michael, Michael!" You, Dwayne, and Paul started chanting his name in encouragement. Laddie ran past you, going over to Star's side.
"Don't. You don't have to, Michael." Star tries to discourage him.
"Michael" David said smoothly. You all begin to chant slightly louder.
"It's blood" Star explains.
"Ya, sure, blood" Michael scoffed, believing it was part of a prank again. He took a swig, and you all erupt in cheers.
"Bravo!" David clapped, cheering with everybody else.
"Give me a ride, Marko." Marko started to push David around, both chanting Michael's name in celebration. Paul came up to Michael, patting him on the back. You and Dwayne had started some music to continue the celebration. Everybody was jumping around to the music. Michael tried to follow along, but as he drank more blood, he got more dazed.

You all had brought Michael to one of your favorite spots, the bridge. It was rickety, but that's what made it fun. Bringing people here had become an initiation ritual of sorts.
They brought you here when you first joined, then the same with Star, but she did NOT enjoy it as much as everybody else. They probably would have brought Laddie here if it weren't for him being so young. Now it was Michael's turn.
"What's going on?" Michael asked as he walked along with the group onto the bridge.
"Michael wants to know what's going on" David said to the group that had made a formation behind David. "Marko, what's going on?"
"I don't know, what's going on, Paul?" Marko passed the question to Paul as he hung an arm around your neck, both of you moving together.
"Wait a minute, who wants to know?"
"Michael wants to know" Dwayne said in a smooth tone. You all come to a stop at the center of the bridge. David called Marko to be the first to take the jump.
"Goodnight Michael" He said before he looked to you then jumped down, yelling "Bombs away" his voice fading away. You didn't care much for Michael, so you took the jump right after Marko letting out an exaggerated yell.
Marko hung from the metal bar under the bridge. He caught you by the wrist before you could plummet to the bottom. Such was the routine you both had developed. You swung your legs to gain momentum to be able to grab the bar yourself. Each of the other boys soon followed one by one.
Paul swung next to Marko, kicking his feet at him, trying to get him to fall. When Dwayne came down, he attempted to do the same to you. It was one of many games you all had developed over time, and clearly Dwayne and Paul were ganging up on you and Marko.
"Michael Emerson, come on down." David had called out for Michael to jump down and join them hanging. David was a lot more focused on Michael to care about the game.
"Let's play a game!" Paul had repeated in a manic voice as Michael shakily came down, very frightened by the altitude. He only got more distressed when the train started to pass over, shaking the bridge. Everybody cheered as the shaking spiked the adrenaline.
Paul was the first to let go, which caused Michael to be even more fearful as he saw Paul plummet."Don't be scared, Michael!" Marko yelled before letting go himself. He pulled you by the leg, making you fall along with him into the fog.
You both were able to catch yourself because of the vampire's ability to fly, so you were able to float down unharmed. Near the bottom Paul stayed hovering, waiting for everybody else. You had forced Marko to the ground playfully tackling him as revenge for him pulling you. Paul finally landed on the ground when Dwayne arrived.
Once you'd considered yourself successful in pinning Marko down, you got off of him and helped to pull him up. By then David had made his way down, but still no sign of Michael. Both Paul and Marko took to yelling after him. David stared up at where Michael was most likely getting in his head.
"David, are you sure he's going to be ok?" you questioned David.
"Ya, we kind of threw him off the deep end." Dwayne said in agreement, you both turning to David.
"He'll be fine." David said calmly as Michael's screams were heard as he fell. Everybody went quiet watching him. Ralife had settled when his new instincts caught on and stopped him from falling. But it didn't last long before he was sent plummeting again.
"That doesn't look 'fine' to me." you commented as you looked back to David.
David sprung to his rescue, catching him mid air and coming to land back close to the ground. Michael lay bridal style, passed out in David's arms. Wind whipped around his trench coat as he explained he was going to take Michael home and you were all free to go back to the cave. And with that, he flew off with Michael in arm.
"Anybody up for a raise?" Paul offered once everybody got back to their motorcycles.
"Trying to make up for your loss." Marko teased.
"You didn't do too hot either, like always." You tease both Paul and Marko since they both came up last in the last race.
"Big talk from a person who also lost." Dwayne cut in as he mounted his motorcycle.
"Don't plan on keeping that crown for long." You start the engine of your own motorcycle and speed off.

Michael was less than pleased about the changes he had been going through, and that night he found and confronted David. David had brought him along to feed off some surfer Nazis having a bonfire tonight. As any hunts go, it was fast, bloody, and violent. Screams filled the night air before being sucked dry and thrown into the fire.
Michael fought against his hunger, refusing to kill another human being. He had long since run off after seeing you all bloodied. You stood by the fire watching the bodies burn alongside the wood. David stayed looking out to where Michael had sped off, expecting him to come back with a want to join him.
After an hour and still no sign of Michael, David wanted to return to the cave. With stuff they had taken from the deceased, Paul and Dwaybe went back too. The sounds of their engines soon disappear, leaving you and Marko alone.
"May I have this dance?" He held out his hand as he asked you while mocking his old accent.
"Of course, good sir." You play into the bit, mocking your old accent too. He pulls you in so you both hold each other as he leads you in a waltz around the fire. It was far from elegant because of the uneven sand.
"That accent feels so unnatural now." He had dropped the accent.
"That tends to happen."
"You have experience or something?" There was so much to your past there were still some details he didn't know.
"Yes, actually, I can pull off German, and I think some Polish is still in me. I even did a French accent when I first got to New York."
"Wow, the only other accent I can do is a southern one. David taught me, but based on his reaction, I'm not good."
"Oh ya, he told me. Apparently it was a decrease to everybody in the south." His mouth was slightly agape at the quoted insult.
"There's no way I was that bad." He attempted to defend himself.
"Apparently you were" The conversation dropped there, Marko not wanting to take any more insults. The dance then morphs into you both swaying in one spot. You laid your head on his chest, and he placed his chin on top of your head.
The only sound was of the crackling fire as you held each other close. It was rare to get such a tender moment among the causes of their lifestyle. You didn't mind at all the amount of adrenaline spikes ensured these years were the most exciting you've ever had.
But at heart you both still held a want for domestic times like this. In a life full of bloodlust, the moments when he was gentle were what you cherished most. Now more than ever were you grateful for eternity because you got to spend it in each other's arms. But for vampires, eternity gets broken by daylight.

You hung from old piping on the ceiling along with the others. Marko was on the outer side of the line to the left of you and Paul to the right of you. For the majority of your years of being a vampire, you opted out of hanging to sleep and stayed sleeping in a bed. Once Star had come along, you had given the bad to her. You knew how hard the change was, and you wanted to make it more comfortable for her and Laddie.
A loud and guttural yell echoed through the cave walls. Your eyes snap open to see a wooden stake sticking out of Marko's back as he shakes, blood spewing out of the wound. The yells for Marko from the other guys are loud, almost shaking the cave.
You were all stunned as you watched Marko fall, hitting the ground, landing on the frightened children below. You watched from above as they pushed and kicked him aside like he was nothing.
The 3 kids ran for the exit. Paul and Dwayne dropped down to the ground, coming to Marko's side, while David set his sights on catching the kids. Everybody was jumping into action, and yet you froze, like you had done when you had run away.
You didn't want to freeze, so you forced yourself to follow David's path towards the kids. When you got to the mouth of the exit, you saw David had grabbed the one that looked the most out of place with his colorful shirt and bright blue cartridge drenched in Markos' blood.
That's all you could focus on, not trying to help David get the kids or the fact that he was close to being pulled to the sunlight, just Marko's blood. It was too much. No human or vampire could survive with that much blood loss. It wasn't fair, you both had only such little time together. Your relationship surviving over years, this was meant to be it. Both of you together and happy, including David, Dwayne, and Paul. Now it's all gone because of these idiot kids.
Even when David yelled in pain when his hand came in contact with the sun, you still felt frozen in place. The kids covered in Marko's blood getting away with his murder.
"Tonight" David grumbled, stepping back into the cave. He cradled his burnt hand beginning to heal. He led you back into the main area of the cave, you felt like you were in a daze. Hoping it was an awful dream your mind came up with to torture you.
Dwayne and Paul came from the cave system, their faces plastered with shock and sadness. Your eyes move from their faces down to Paul's hands. He held tightly on to Marko's jacket. Paul allowed you to take the jacket in your own arms, wrapping your arms around it as it was your anchor to Marko.
David huddled with Paul and Dwayne, all filled with determination to plan their revenge. They had talked at you about the plan, but none of it registered. Instead, you sat on the bed, which was now abandoned by Star and Laddie, with Markos's jacket lying across your lap.
Tears roll down your face as your fingers trace along the patches and the big hole left by the stake. The rest of the boys had gone back to sleep in order to have as much strength as possible for the battle.
You refused sleep. Your mind was tormented by the pain of the loss. The day passed by as you stared at the bloodied hole in his jacket. Wishing you had been more alert, maybe he wouldn't be dead. But that's all it was: wishing, and that wouldn't bring him back.
As soon as night fell, David, Dwayne, and Paul flew out of the cave, making their way to the Emerson house. You really didn't want to move from your spot, but the want for revenge was greater. Slipping on Marko's jacket, you set out, following close behind the rest.
__________________
You sat on one of the upper beams of the house, only being able to watch as everything went wrong. Both you and David sat on the beams watching it all happen, your arms wrapping around yourself, feeling the texture of Marko's jacket. Dwayne had just been electrocuted, and by the looks of the piping, Paul was gone too.
Two more are gone, but David was still hell bent on keeping to the plan. You lost your faith in the plan, so you made your own. When Michael sent his brother back upstairs, you took your chance to at least kill one.
You had frozen when Marko ran away, you froze when he was killed, and now you refuse to freeze when avenging him. Once you jumped down, you grabbed one of the discarded stakes and ran up behind Michael, aiming for his heart.
He was able to dodge the attack by throwing himself out of the way. Quickly stoping yourself and change the direction of your attack. You were off balance and swung at him instead. He grabbed a hold of the stake and attempted to pull it out of your grasp.
You both pushed and pulled, trying to take the weapon out of each other's grasps. You thought it would be easy to kill him. He wasn't a full vampire, but you were not rested. How could you be Marko was dead, truly dead, never coming back dead. If you were able to kill them, they would be gone too.
But then you'd be alone for enternity, nothing else would drive you. No Marko keeping you in one place. You'd just be alone with nothing but his jacket. Even if you and David succeeded, he was no Marko.
Michael took advantage of your distracted mind to trip you and push you to the ground. Your vision blurred because of the force with which your head hit the ground. When your vision stabilized, there was Michael standing over you with a stake in hand. You could stop him and try to continue to fight, but was it worth it?...No, not without Marko.
Michael pluged the stake right into your heart. You let out an agonizing scream until you felt nothing. No more grief and no more pain. It all melted away as everything went dark.

Honestly though the longer the musical goes and the more Sean, Dean, and Brian settle into making the boys their own, the more charmed I am that they basically kept all the boys' vibes but shifted them one to the left.
So we have
Movie!Dwayne and Musical!Marko -- the beautiful dark-eyed cowboys and first wives
Movie!Paul and Musical!Dwayne -- the horny blond idiots (who are also, despite that, weirdly chill)
Movie!Marko and Musical!Paul -- the ones with the magnificent coat they presumably made themselves who's always doing incredible freak shit in the background.
