Finally got off my ass and did 4 miles! I've been lacking motivation and have become lazy gained 4 lbs. Pushed myself today and it feels great. Been on what started as a weightloss journey for over two years on my own -72 lbs. I got motivation from others' weight loss journey and from seeing my own results. I post on here to find other's with same goals or to maybe motivate someone. Since i started i wanted to have atleast one person to talk and share all this with but here i am now I'm stuck and I'm struggling it can be lonely but I've made it this far. Doing it all for me! I started this weightloss/better emotional health journey in June by myself. I posted asking for support didn't get any response. I said oh well better start researching more on foods and do @hasfit free home workouts.
