I just. I guess I need The Pitt fandom to know this. The show is not telling us that Robby is a singular character who is a misogynistic villian that thinks none of the rules apply to him. I mean, if you really want to take that from the show I can't stop you. I think the show is telling us is that Robby is a victim of the American healthcare system

This show's thesis and raison d'être is literally to hold a mirror up to the American healthcare industry. The show is not condoning Robby's behavior. Robby, and virtually every other character, are ground down by their jobs to the point of being soul-crushed and burnt out. The pressure is unsustainable
