Lipstick and Slit Wrists

I think the depression side of my mental illnesses is coming back. I'm not necessarily sad, or suicidal etc, but it's the deeper things. I haven't done laundry in a week or two, taking my makeup and clothes off before bed is no longer important, my eating is out the window (having snacks before work is the one part of my day I actually look forward to), looking nice for work isn't important, trying to force myself to brush my teeth takes an hour, I'm always tired, I'm sleeping too much, or having dreams disturbed by anxiety, I am anxious about work all the time, and even when I'm in the middle of doing fun things I feel like it's just a place holder and I can't really get into and enjoy it. I'm not sad, I just don't care
