 How come it’s always ‘stop making people run, Jerome’, but never ‘thank you for encouraging the public to have their daily dose of excercise Jerome’ ?

Question: Are you named after anyone?

He appears contemplative. “ Now that you mention it, I think I remember some distant Uncle ‘Rome— had a lot in common, ginger, great cook... —no, wait, that’s Uncle Zach... ”

Question: When was the last time you cried?

“ When was the last time it rained? ” Smirk.

Question: Do you have any kids?  

“ Mmm... ” He purrs, lip twitching as if in distaste. “ That’s- yes. No. ” He swats the interviewer away. “ It’s complicated! ”

Question: Do you use sarcasm a lot?

“ Me? Nah... ” You get a sense he’s being sarcastic.

Question: What’s the first thing you notice about people?

A piercing stare travels down to the interviewer’s chest, then he tip-toes slightly as if to peer behind them. “ ...the eyes... ‘Ya kno’, mirror of the soul an’ all that jibber-jabber. ”

Question: What’s your eye color?

“ I like to call it; flytrap green. ” He smirks, smugly.

Question: Scary movie or happy ending?

An ominous cackle. “ Well if ‘ya ask me, scary movies uuuusually have a happy ending~ ”

Question: Where were you born?

“ Kansas City. ” He sighs, joining hands atop his chest with exaggerated elation at the reminiscence. “ Ah, I’ll never forget the stench of barbecue an’ gas. For a city that big, lemme tell ‘ya, they sure have really good traffic management. And, trust me, ‘ya need a car ‘cause your chances gettin’ mugged out there are pretty high... I guess you can say I was like a little Dorothy of sorts, ‘cept I always identified more with the tornado... ”

Question: Do you have any pets?

“ Oh, a whole cult of them, yes! ”

Question: What sports do you play?

“ Eh, never been much of a team sports player but, uh, I do enjoy a bit of running. ” Pause. “ Mostly from the cops. ”

Question: How tall are you?

“ Taller than you, that’s for sure. Pth-heeh! ”

Question: Dream job?

“ Oh! ” He exclaims, hand swaying left & right over his words. “ -you kno’, to be famous, have money, lots’a girls...that kinda stuff. ”

Question: Favorite subject at school?

· AT THE MENTION OF DESSERT, a gleam sparked in Jerome’s left eye and his mangled face lit up. Some purr resonated from his rattling throat, hands resting folded atop his tailbone.

·“ You don’t say... ” His voice was but a murmur. And yet, despite the hushed tone, it somehow managed to convey all the malicious intent behind it. The jester cackled, abruptly swinging a hand to her shoulder and clamping down on it hard. It had his cohort gasp in unison. And Jerome relished in holding them at the edge of their seat.

“ Welp, you’re in lucky, missy! I— ” A glove came to rest atop his heaving chest then, head tilting. That wide mouth resembled a smiling wolf more than ever now, with his yellowed teeth catching the dim, buzzing diner lights. “ Happen t’a have a sweet tooth. And I want you... to help with it! ” Momentary pause, for suspense. He only offered her a brief second to register the words before shoving her back towards the kitchen.

“ Bake a cake. ” He hissed, lip twitching in a volatile shift of mood. “ Like your l—ife depends on it. ” The way Jerome rolled the words around his mouth & growled them, one could swear he was salivating like some predatory animal. It was a sound so deep and primal, that he did not need complete the rest of that sentence. The message would get across just fine.

· He doesn’t waste time. Green eyes watch the shadows shift around his brother’s form, stalking his movements quietly. In the meantime, Jerome reaches under the pillow and unearths the apple of discord. Fingers delicately pinch the edge and he drags it closer, carefully tucking it under the elastic rim of his pajama pants and covering it up with his baggy white t-shirt.

·Fortunately his brother’s antics give him an outlet for a cocky giggling fit. He takes the paper, skims over it with a humorous hum and finally shrugs, scooting aside to give his brother way into searching the rest of the bed.

Local clown mun, reporting for threads;

HERE is my thread tracker. I owe 16 listed replies along with one for @scribblcd​  and possibly @muchmorethanmuses​ which I had forgot to list ( but ofc never overall forgotten about ;3 )

Because a lot of these threads are old and some of these blogs are no longer around even, I’m gonna go ahead and delete every thread I’m owed unless I receive a notice from the mun. So, if you owe me a reply to something please go ahead and tell me.

I’m going  to clean out the inbox today, keeping only asks for which I have really high muse for and unfortunately deleting the rest to start clean.
