(not entirely, but not as much as i used to)
before i wiped my page a while ago, i had a toonnnn more posts about it, and ive really come to befriend a lot of the other fans !!
while i’ll still engage with content about it, I’m probably not going to be posting in it anymore. every time i try to engage in the fandom, i js get more and more pissed off
half of the ppl in the fandom are weirdos in hiding. i guess i shouldve expected a book about half-naked little boys stuck on an island with graphic violence would have gross, edgy fans, but i thought better
my friend showed me a person i used to be friends with blatantly using shotacon dogwhistles, so now i’ve just. given up.
on that note, ive always been iffy about shipping and the way that people unintentionally sexualize the characters doing it. if you’re not a victim of pedophilia, i dont expect you to understand. over and over again, i see people making nsfw of the characters / ships and being exposed for it.
i cant believe you people can’t interact with media with children in it without needing to jerk off to it. youre fucking weird. find other characters to post porn of.
i know im being harsh, but this shit disgusts me more than anything else. fiction DOES affect reality, and reality affects fiction. next time theres a creep in the fandom, actually run them out instead of following their obvious alts
