Do you think Gyro can draw? Personally I don’t think he can. Imo, a lot of his work would look like Sokka’s (from atla) drawings; legible but bad.

thank you!!!!! its harder than i thought to do a different style.. particularly a realistic one like that… so im glad it came thru! (and thx again, i was very happy with that diosaur one)

also i was thinking abt that, thats a great question… i also agree with you, i think his drawing prowess extends to maybe mathematical graphs or things that require precise lines and curves, but anything else is kind of dogshit.

my brother has a masters in mathematics and hes like that too (his thesis project was really artistic abstract graphing stuff that i dont understand but his goal was to make it aesthetically pleasing and he even made prints of it) but yeah.

maybe gyro also draws more cartoony things, or really bad exclamative faces to leave along with notes or something. or like a little sign-off doodle. i was thinking abt having him put a little cartoon of his bear next to his writing but decided to have him sign off as valkyrie lol. he drew that golden rectangle too.

i feel like anything he drew would have to be incredibly precise, just bc of all his intellectual and physical training; i cant imaging gregorio letting him get away with crappy graphs.
