Current interests !

-Minecraft

-History and archaeology. I enjoy specifically around the 13th century to the early 20th century, but mostly I'm interested in public archaeology and museum archaeology, and the ethical side of things.

-Other historical things I'm into are fashion history, the victorian period (sorry, I'm basic, I know), women's history, and wet preservation of organic materials, such as bog bodies, preserved wood, textiles and clothing, writing materials, and houses. Also antiques!

-Fashion, relating to vintage styles (I like 1900s, 1930s and 40s, 70s and 90s), and gothic, emo, victorian-esque, and general alternative styles.

-Old architecture, specifically gothic architecture :)

-Cats. The animal, not the musical

-Science. Social and historical sciences included. I enjoy space and physics casually (meaning I don't really know much about them beyond just interesting facts or concepts, the equations involved are far beyond my scope), and the same with psychology, sociology and anthropology.

-Life sciences are probably my favourite sciences though: I am into paleobiology and science behind evolution. Essentially, I like learning about extinct life forms but I do also dabble in researching modern day marine biology.

-GEOLOGY. (Sedimentology, structural geology, volcanology, and PALEONTOLOGY <3) This is something you never want to ask me about because this is my main special interest. I've been collecting rocks since I was 7 and oh god am I autistic. I am a massive fan of the great oxygenation event, the neoproterozoic (CHARNIA MY BELOVED), and the proterozoic.

-Languages (I am learning Swedish, but I also am just generally interested in linguistics and geography)

-Gothic literature and media (Dorian Grey, Jekyll and Hyde, and Frankenstein especially)

-Music (goth, emo, rock, metal, indie. generalising here but you get the idea xD)

-Music artists I especially enjoy are (in current brainrot order), ghost, mcr, sisters of mercy, green day, type o negative, rob zombie, the cure, will wood, korn, and there's other artists I love and I listen to an absurd amount of them but these are just the initial brainrotters

-General gothic things

-Drawing, writing, and my ocs

-I'm also just generally passionate about anti-capitalism, media analysis and the distribution of information, how social media has impacted society, the problems with generative ai, and climate change so like please don't mention these to me if you don't want me to start ranting
