Do you think a fictional work has to have a major theme/something to say in order to be good art? (according to your own personal definition of good art)

"The idea of burying your movie is also another, like, extremely childish idea. I keep– I keep going back to this term, 'childish', and saying 'childish' but what I really mean is sort of a pre-pubescent/pubescent... version of myself, and the things that I thought were... cool and exciting.
