You sat your bag down on the ground at the library and someone came in and sat in your seat since they "didn't see your bag". But they did see your bag because it fell when they pulled the chair out. However, this is their seat. You know it's their seat because you see them in it every day but it has the best view and is in the nicest part of the library with the best wifi.
