After days of complete silence, Riku invites Sora to meet at their spot on the beach.

It was hard to miss the spot Riku had indicated, even without taking out his phone to check the GPS coordinates: right here on the sand, a bunch of string lights—Christmas lights, if Sora had to guess by the multicolored bulbs—formed a circle. A figure was seated in the middle; they stood as Sora approached, and the lights cast a rainbow that briefly revealed Riku's face before he stepped out of the circle to come to him.

In which Sora meets the studio's new investor

"And for the sake of my hangover. Make it count, at least." He nodded sullenly. "I owe you big time." "Your tab was already full," she said with a sly grin. "This one's on the house. Emergency situation and all that."

At Sora's request, the studio gears up to shoot an unplanned scene between him and Riku.
