- Stan goes through a serious punk/grunge phase in high school he is all about that rebellion of authority - Mike convinces his grandpa to let him go to school with the others and he fit right in with the football crowd - He’s so big and like athletic how the fuck - Stan is constantly having strokes over how good he looks watching him work out - Bev is friends with both of them and listens to them ramble about one another - Mike is really affectionate but he’s like that with everyone so no one knows they’re dating until Stan kisses him and Eddie chokes on his milk during lunch - They kiss a lot it’s their favorite thing to do - Don’t trust them alone in Mike’s car they will make out for hours - Stan learns how to throw a proper punch and uses it to stop one of the Bowers gang members from even looking at Mike funny - He tried to get Mike into the scene but he was too soft and good,,, he couldn’t taint that boy - However Stan goes to all of his games and screams proud profanities the whole time with Bev - Plot twist: They steal each others’ jackets. Stan steals Mike’s letterman jacket, and Mike steals Stan’s leather one - Ben and Mike are sporty history pals!! And Stan and Richie are punk pals that playfully hate each other
