#this is so good because through the entirety of that show we had those shots but with the monsters appearing behind people#now it’s dean #dean is the evil thing to be scared of#what people don’t realize is that the show is told from sam and dean’s point of view#but if it was told from the monsters pov#sam and dean would be that evil thing that hide under our beds at night#the reason why we’re afraid to go into the dark (via)

the comic im finishing started off making fun of dean for being ridiculous but then became embarrassingly earnestly sincerely tender about him and protective of him

yeah deancas is cool but you know what else is cool? they gave dean a best friend. dean who never stayed in a school long enough to bond with other boys. he never had inside jokes or slept over at his friend’s house. always an outsider, loner. john even suggested staying away from others in their line of work because no one survives. so they gave him a best friend who’s immortal and who lives with him. someone to have movie nights with and to laugh harder than he has in a while with.
