This is how you know you’re stuck with Sims 3 for life--you don’t let little things like 10 successive crashes and 8 hours of lost time stop you from getting two photos.

[Author’s notes: your mileage will definitely vary with making this drink depending on the ingredients you use. Persian limes are much more bitter than key limes, and the flavor profile of the drink will change dramatically depending on what kind of cachaça you incorporate. The first type I used (Agua Luca) is so smoky that it literally smells burned. The second one (Leblon) smells a lot more like bananas. Understandably, that might not be desirable depending on your taste. XD]

Cut the cherries in half and remove the pits. Muddle cherries, mint, lime juice and simple syrup in a glass. (Creme de Menthe can replace fresh mint if you don’t have it; just use 1/4 oz or less). Add the vodka/gin/whiskey and two splashes of bitters; stir. Fill glass with crushed ice and top with soda water. Garnish with cherry and mint sprig. Enjoy! :)

I also miss RatRaceRob. The last time I had active contact with him was sometime in 2014 or 2015. He had a lot going on in his life at the time that I sent him my last email, so I tried to respect his space and unfortunately we lost contact. But I figure he’s one of those friends whose path will meet up with mine again one day and it’ll be like we never stopped talking at all. :)
