I still haven’t gotten over the absolute betrayal I felt in my first play through of New Vegas when I found out what was up with Victor. I went in totally blind and when I met this funky cowboy robot I was like ‘oh my god he’s my best friend now’

he dragged me from the grave! He saved me from a bunch of geckos when I was still getting used to using a gun! He was chipper and nice and I thought the townsfolk of good springs were just wary of him because he was a robot! Why wouldn’t I trust him?

and then I got to the strip. And he broke my little yeehaw heart.
