I actually feel bad for Garcia a lot... like especially in season 9 episode 3 when they all just leave and she barely gets a word in to say goodbye. Their jobs are incredibly dangerous and the elevator just closes and poor Penelope knows that could be the last time she sees any of their faces and the last thing she says to their faces is "be safe" and non of them are actually listening or say it back. I'm crying.
