#spellahxlic : An indie roleplay blog for the beautiful Zatanna Zatara of DC Comics. Influenced by comics and more importantly headcanons, as she’s been rebooted a few times both in comics and in various shows. I’ve been writing her since 2015, but she’s been rebooted and revamped, so we’re starting from scratch. Sookie, however, continued to live in the house, trying to outweigh all of the bad memories with good ones.

Being well known for that one thing you did well really brought the crazy out of the woodwork, same here as it had been at home. Always a little bit surprised when some of the big names came searching you down. Been here long enough to not necessarily be a stranger in town, he knew the Zatara girl by name before she spoke it. Woman had a large affinity for magic which made her pretty powerful. Never hurt to keep an eye on someone like that, they tended to get themselves into a ton of trouble.

“Yeah, know who you are too. Happen to be aware that you know a bunch of caped crusaders, half probably owe you favors.” But if she’d chosen him then it had to be something up his alley. Dealing with the bad guys in tights stuff really wasn’t his forte, though you did get used to it pretty quick. “So why come to me?”

Zatanna figured that when you have a demon problem...best to bring someone who knew about demons. Thing was, could she have asked John? Of course, but they’d end up FIGHTING the whole time and she also knew that she needed to make sure that things actually got done. So, instead, she was here asking HELLBOY.
