I wish losing weight was as easy as movies about anorexia portray it. Like hell yeah,i want an aesthetically pleasing montage with a cool soundtrack of me skipping meals and working out for 2 months and suddenly boom I’m skinny. But nooo, all I get binging and crying into an ice-cream container and feeling like I’m about to pass the fuck out 24/7

When doctors are like “what are your symptoms” and you’re like “dude I don’t even know I just kinda live like this”

Anyone else ever feel like other people are “better” at having an ed than you and wonder if you have an ed at all

I convince myself my ed isn’t real because I’m not skinny so then I just binge eat and then gain more weight and then hate myself even more and go back to trying to starve myself. It’s this never ending cycle and I don’t understand why it feels like I’m not capable of a middle ground.
