* name, location, age, family/relationship status, job/school, hobbies, goals, struggles, favorite things, etc
Manifestation Monday - Read this oath out loud to yourself at least once today. Believe what you are reading and saying. I know it’ll feel silly and weird to some at first. If you don’t want to do this one, see below.
****Alternate Option for Monday: Visualize something you want for yourself. Pick a quiet moment, close your eyes and try to picture it all. See yourself in that position. Make it as realistic as possible. See the colors and pay attention to details. See yourself in a successful situation.
Talk Tuesday - Who is someone you love, admire, trust that you haven’t talked to in a long time? Or someone you always text or message on your phone/computer? Can you call them? Video call them? See their face or hear their voice? Hear their mannerisms? Their tone of voice? Hear them laugh? Spend some time connecting to them. 10, 15, 20 minutes.
Write it Wednesday - Take a few minutes today to write down something. Helps organize some thoughts or feelings you may have.
Some areas of focus are:
* Personal journal/diary (feelings)
* Bullet journal (goals, plans, committments/priorities)
* Letter - (to a friend or loved one - thank you card, birthday card, thinking of you message)
Thankful Thursday - The Law of Attraction expresses that the energy we put out, is the energy we get back. So today, write down in a journal or post here at least 5 things you are thankful for.
Flow Friday - Get that energy flowing with some movement today. Go for a walk, do some yoga, dance in your kitchen or hit the gym.
Self Reflection Saturday - How did you week go? What went well? What do you want to work on next week?
