Saving the world - one ball of yarn at a time

Tonight I dreamt that I went to visit the inmates of a prison and bought them knitting needles and yarn to pass their time in there. They took courage from the ease with which they learnt the garter stitch and 5 of them broke out of prison. I see some meaning in this.

Hexipuff Sunday number 77, a delayed 2 year anniversary.

All together I have completed 1280 hexipuffs, and I don’t think all of those are displayed, I got about another 70-80 (I’m too tired to count).

I was going to make the blanket 45 columns, but it looks huge and absolutely cuddly at 36. Plus that’s an extra 21 inches of width, I think.

I’ve sewn 9 columns together, the rest are individual hexipuffs.
