I've taken a temporary detour from the toxic planet to chase down the signal for the ruins. My base here is an hour out from my destination and I'll be trudging through the cold for all of it. Maybe I'll let out one of my creatures I found on this planet and let her walk with me. I'm thinking about naming her Nims Junior

Also I keep falling into holes. I should really start looking where I'm going

I found the coordinates to another settlement at an abandoned camp, it's 2 hours further in the direction I'm already headed. I guess I'm taking this detour an extra 2 hours longer

I'm still two hours out from the settlement coordinates, I'm gonna keep going

I found a Korvax tribute on the way, and it gave me coordinates to something 20 minutes back the other way. This detour keeps getting longer

I made it back to the new coordinates and I dug some lost research out of the ground. I'm not sure what to do with it yet, but I think I can bring it to a station and trade it with someone

There's sentinels here and I keep hitting the boltcaster in my pocket by mistake. They really don't like me idk why

Yet another chasm separates me from the distress signal. I'm too lazy to go around it but I'm too scared to go through it so I guess I'm going around it

The dune worm came by to visit me again. I think she might be following me around but I don't know why

Ms. dune worm paid me another visit. I wonder if I can recruit her for holo-battles

I didn't know there were galactic trade terminals in the middle of nowhere tbh. Anyway there's another chasm so I'm screwed

I'm almost to the distress signal now. I took a detour through a Korvax observatory and I found a signal for some ruins on a nearby moon. I should follow that next

I stumbled across a local station!!! I'm sure the distress signla can wait until I'm done with a few holo-battles. they'll be fine

My visor says I'm now a five-hour walk from the first base I put down on this planet. I think I'll put down another quick shelter and install the upgrade I found in the remains of the crashed ship
