There was a local sandwich shop here in town they had the same creamy, smooth ranch that I like. Right before they closed, one of the employees told me the secret, and I give it to you.

You can use hidden valley's ranch dressing in the packet, take one part buttermilk and one part mayonnaise and add the ranch dressing powder. I bought myself some squeeze bottles that hold about 2 cups. Take half a jar (15-16 oz) of mayonnaise (i only use Hellmann's because there is no tartness to it), with an equal amount of buttermilk, and half a packet of the ranch dressing. Ever since i found this, i dont use anyone else's ranch. (Ken's i would settle for if i didnt have my own.)

Its so cool to see such a life turn around like yours for the better!

Human beings require shelter from bad weather. They require food, water, clothing, and on occasion medical care. These things require effort to create or maintain. If you aren't willing or able to provide them for yourself, somebody else is going to have to do the work--and they're going to want something in return. They don't owe you anything. They have their own needs to deal with.

So...either you do it yourself, or you trade with someone else. Or you demand that they be enslaved to serve your needs. There are no other options.

UPDATE: I am diggin this! I have found myself listening to this more than once in a day, which means im obsessing! There is a magic chord change at the end of the first line of each verse that is just mesmerizing! And the chorus really soars. You'll have to pardon me if i start acting like im in my 20s again. 😄

ANOTHER UPDATE: I thought his vocals sounded awfully perfect, and i wanted to learn more about this band i never heard of, so i did some research and found out this composer is a solo artist like me. He goes by Spyder Paul and his yt channel is here. I was deeply saddened to find out he uses "partial AI" for vocals, but he does the rest of the production himself. Its hard to bomb this post when i may have to use AI vocals myself if i never find a female singer for my music. And as long as he created the music himself, i think i'll let it slide.

Exercise is not for strength or endurance, it's about continuing to do at 90 what you could do at 30. I work with elderly residents everyday and the ones that are NOT using walkers or need assistance from me are those that spend 30 mins a day SINCE THEY WERE YOUNG ADULTS in exercise class or the gym. There are folks 30 years younger than them who are in far worse a shape. These active senior citizens started when they were young for whatever reason and stayed with it thru all these decades. Now its reaping rewards: theyre not indigent and they dont need me to help.

Once you reach 30, if you havent already, begin a light exercise or calisthenics routine, optimally in the morning, and dont forget to include a dose of protein sometime during your day. Remember stretching exercises are just as important as muscle exercises; they reduce the little aches and pains you get when getting up or out of bed or doing simple things like bending over to pick up something you dropped. Please believe me, your cells need work, all of them, because it keeps your body available to you when you need it the most.
