A couple weeks back we had a new hire come on board at the facility. If you look back we posted it. The guy that got hard just looking at us during the interview. Yeah, him. GX3 managed to get a cage and sheath on him, but he still makes a mess.

Hey, GX9 here using Motorcop's blog thing (he's here at the facility, he may be "busy" for a bit longer) Another full day of doing more instructional videos for the Alcove company.

As simple as this one looks, it took all day. I insisted on authenticity of anything i am part of, so we used a real man, a real control wear suit and had him hooked to the machine for real. One bad take after another (never my fault! - dumbf's on the crew f'd up!) and the convict couldnt stand any longer, so we brought in another, then another then finally the one you see here - he did his part. Hey - GX9 here, I know this is Motorcop's blog or tumble page, but he came by to watch the filming tonite and I gotta say he is so much like me we hit it off and are gonna be spending some serious time hanging out this weekend. Oh yeah, he looks damn hot in a Orange ControlWear suit....he'll be fine and back here in a day or so.....maybe.

TRAINING VIDEO

Looks like the makers of the Alcove Unit Machines and GX9 have made a deal. Seems they had seen some of GX9's personal social media that includes him, convicts and their machines.

In need of a real life guard to be part of their training videos, they spent weeks searching him out. Seems previous actors failed to give the real life authenticity that he naturally does. So after weeks of negotiations, screen tests and a significant undisclosed amount for a ongoing series of training videos, they made a deal!

They gave us this outtake clip from the upcoming "What To Know About Your Sentence" video shown to convicts before being installed in the unit. They said there are more clips coming from this series, and when we contacted GX9, he told us these clips are for wusses, the "Guard Training Series" are something real men will want to watch! (as he rubbed his dick and balls thru that skin tight high tech uniform)

NEW HIRE

STATUS QUO

So earlier today, guard GX9 here met his new boss, GS1. Similar body shape, both of them wore the same tactical uniform and helmet, and they even look a bit alike. GX9's Alpha tendencies took over instantly and was maybe a bit overly eager thinking what he would do to/with his new boss. BUT, GS1 had his own plans, and literately stunned GX9 when he told him his role in the facility was changing, and in addition, he got a nice feel of GX9's ass, and started working a finger or two into him to get him ready. Well, that snapped GX9 back to reality, and in one swift movement, had GS1 in a sleeper hold, watched him black out, then positioned him for the upcoming activities GX9.

CHANGES?

Most of us have been thru it at one time or another - New guy comes in and you soon find out he's not just the new guy, he's your new boss.

Looks like our well liked, respected and perpetually horny Guard - GX9 here has met GS1 - his new boss and supervisor. And it looks like it didn't start out well. With GX9 putting his hand on the chest of GS1 from the beginning, quickly and professionally countered by GS1 putting both hands on the shoulders of GX9, the message quickly sunk in to GX9.

HERE TO HELP!

Our guard GX9 here, decided to take advantage of the extra month of training on the Alcove Units given to all guards. Seems he has some "friends" on the local PD, that he said weren't up to date on current training, PMA's and codes, so he is utilizing his extra 30 days of no questions asked training and testing using the Alcove.

CURIOUS?

Guard GX9 here knows he is one of the best guards in the facility, knows of his own quick wit, how incredibly intelligent he is and just how damn good he looks in his uniform.

So, after the last video of him, he asked to be able to read the questions and feedback directly as they came in, so we had him cc'd on all messages.

HI TECH FIT!

In addition to the massive number of requests to meet and submit to GX9 here, the second most asked question was about his uniform. What it's made of, how is it made, how does it fit him so perfect and how much of it is him and how much is padding?

OH YEAH!

So, in only a few short months, its looking like some of our more senior guards have really embraced the alcove units and studied up and tested out all the can do. Guard X9 here (no names for safety purposes) has really shown his skills onboarding convicts, getting them suited (he prefers one size suit smaller than should be, but gotta admit he's right, tighter IS better, and getting them to into the alcove on his own. 312 men so far and has never had to call for backup or had to chase after a guy that got spooked right before stepping in.

And - here he is showing off some of his favorite mods for all his convicts. A nice firm round ass - done right - matches a well muscled body - and alot of guards like a guy with perfect build.

SURPLUS -

So as the correctional facilities have transitioned away from the Cylinders for use with convicts, with a simple software update, they can be made useful for other applications.

Here - a local PD saw the benefit of buying up ### cylinders (actual number confidential) for use in several areas. The first one you see here is in their recruitment unit. No more 6 month academy class, running, PMA training, days on the shooting range, EVOC, Motor Training, getting into great shape physically, injuries, and the potential wash outs. By utilizing the tubes and the LE model of the control wear suit, training is reduced to as little as 8 days. Everyone who applied passes (there are no failures - even when it comes to initially applying and backgrounds, any behavior or issues can be quickly wiped from them during training and proper thoughts and attitude installed). And the recruitment and training staff has been reduced a staff 38 to just 1 full time officer now - and is also supplemented with officers from various units overseeing things when soon to be members of their unit are in the current "class".

NOW HE DID IT!

Even though our officer seemed a bit excited about getting a new convict to enter into a Alcove, he does have a job to do and does have limits. From the last clip, he was really making it good for the convict to get him suited. Sure, giving them a quick shot of a compliance med, or even a quick choke hold to knock him out fully and they can get him suited and placed in a Alcove, but studies have shown that making them don the suit themselves helps them to accept the reality of what they did that got them here.

Seems this convict got so hard just seeing the suit in person (he heard alot about them, and had a major control fetish as well) he leaked loads on the floor of the intake room, and as many times as he was warned, a finger or his hand would make its way to his dick for one last wank.

RESULTS!

Looks like our guards are learning the features of the new Alcove Unit system. For he first 8 weeks we are encouraging them to test out its new and improved features and options that allow them to customize the inmates for their lives outside - once their sentences have been served first though.

And as standard with their previous contract, they have signed and submitted to any and all procedures, tests, experiments, modifications and reprogramming the facility and guards choose. Back in the days of the Tubes, that was very limited and generally wore off once they were released. The Alcove Units changed all that.

MAKING PROGRESS!

Looks like the extra training our guards took on the features and options with the Alcove Units is paying off. Our guards have been given free reign thru the end of the year to try out features, programs and presets within the Alcove Units.
