Ahh, hey everyone. I’ve got a bit of a story to tell.
let’s start with this account. First off, I am happy to announce that it’s back! I do intend to start writing once again, but I want to finish up some of the unfinished asks in our inbox. After I do that and update the prompt list, i’ll start taking requests again!
However, i’m sad to announce that the other previous account owner is no longer involved. There was a bit of a falling out between myself and the other writer. I plan to be taking over the account for the both of us. This account no longer belongs to “Cassidy and Oliver,” but instead, “Morgan.”
So hey! I’m Morgan! It’s lovely to meet you all!
I’m currently going through a rough breakup, but in a few days, I should have a Dabi fic ready and posted for everyone to enjoy. I’m also going to update what i’m willing to write for, as i’m interested in a variety of things rather than just MHA.
I hope I can make everyone happy. Thank you for reading 💕
Hiiiii! Is it ok if I request number 19 with Iida and a male s/o? If you aren’t comfortable doing male, can I have gender neutral pronouns? Sorry and thank you !!
Yess!!! Don’t you dare be sorry!!! I will happily do male pronouns! Also, this prompt is so cute 😭✨ This ended up being short and sweet. Thank you for the request Anon, I hope you enjoy! 💖💕💓

Worry
You swear you had told yourself it wasn’t a date at least 15 times. ‘We’re just friends,’ you’d think. ‘We’re just going to hang out. As friends. It’s not a date.’ After nodding, you’d sigh and nervously laugh it off, doing your best to calm down before you got to his house. You couldn’t deny that you wanted it to be a date, though. Iida has been there for you through it all. He was special to you. That’s why when he suggested the two of you get lunch together that afternoon, you had about fell over and died.
“Meet me at my house at 11:30,” The memory echoed throughout your head, the sound of his voice making you smile. “Don’t be late, y/n!” And late you weren’t. It was exactly 11:24 when you had arrived at his house, and you’d been standing outside for at least 5 minuets. You obviously didn’t want to be too early either, right?
“I’m just hanging out with my friend. I can do this. It’s not a date, so I don’t have to be nervous.” You reminded yourself one last time, finally raising your fist to gently knock on the door. With each knock came a group of furious butterflies pounding on your chest. This was going to be the death of you, and it was only lunch! Not even a minuet had passed when the door swang open, an elegantly dressed Iida standing on the other side.
“Y/n! You made it!” He announces, smiling brightly and holding out his arms. You return his smile before giving him a hug, the nervous butterflies fluttering around much quicker than before.
“Iida, who’s there!?” A voice calls. His brother, you assume. Tensei was usually home when you came over.
“It’s Y/n!” Iida calls back. “I told you I was going to lunch with him today!”
“Ah, right. Have fun you two!”
“We will!” You call back, excited to spend some time with your friend. Because this wasn’t a date. It was just a get together.
Soon, the two of your head out, cracking jokes as you walk to the cafe. Iida had always been so easy to be around. It was one of the many things you loved about him.
“Y/n, before we get there, there was something I wanted to talk to you about.” You feel your stomach drop at his words. A sentence like that was almost always a bad sign. You bite yo lip nervously before asking him what he wanted to discuss. Iida seemed somewhat nervous as well, having refused to look at you. “As you know my parents are very familiar with you. They like you a lot as well, always telling me things like ‘He’s so sweet!’ and ‘He’s going time make such a great hero.’ But you see...” Iida pauses taking a deep breath before turning to face you. You look at him expectantly.
“But...?” You ask.
“My family thinks we’re dating.”
“Oh.” You say, feeling heat rush to your face as the realization finally hits you. The rush of adrenaline you felt had given you confidence, and you chose your next words carefully. “Is that a bad thing?”
“No! Not at all,” he says, pushing up his glasses. “I actually had a question regarding that.”
“Yes, Iida?” Nervous hands fiddle with your shirt as you stare up at the boy.
“Would you like to date, Y/n?” Another blush dances across your cheeks as you smile at him. Of course you did! This is something you have wanted for so long! You couldn’t help but internally thank Iida’s family for inspiring him to ask you out.
“Yes! I would love to Iida.” Iida smiles bashfully before extending his hand out, offering it to you. You accept his offer and intertwine your fingers with his.
“Then let’s enjoy our cafe date, shall we?” you nod and chuckle slightly. You had done all that worrying for nothing.

20. "Don't shut me out."
4. "You're... really close right now."
Deserving
They always say it’s unbelievable, that they didn’t expect it. The worst part was that you did. You had suspected for a while, in fact. It was the first time in your life you’d wished you weren’t fucking right, but of course you were.
There had been a few signs. Too many “late nights at the office” for any normal businessman. Sure, as a hero you weren’t always home on time either, but he’d managed to be late more often than you. Then there was the texting – what adult man texted his buddies that often? On top of that there was the complete lack of intimacy and his newfound disdain for date nights. It was frustrating, but it wasn’t enough to confront him about, not yet. Not, at least, until you had real proof. But that proof came soon enough, from the eyes of your hero partner, Hawks.
While patrolling one day, Hawks saw them. He recognized your boyfriend, but not the woman he was with. Call it a bird’s instinct, but he felt something off about the way they shared their lunch. He told you he’d catch up with you later. You thought nothing of it and made your way back to the agency, and he circled around and watched as his fears rang true. The two simply shared a kiss, but that was enough to confirm his suspicions. While he wanted to confront your soon-to-be ex, he knew it was best to leave that to you. Instead, he slowly made his way to the agency, trying to think of the best way to tell you.
You’d worked with Hawks for two years. You’d gone on thousands of patrols together and worked on dozens of missions. He was your partner, you trusted him with your life. You even sometimes wished he was more than that. The trust you had for him, paired with your own existing suspicions, was why you automatically believed him when he told you.
And so, you were ugly crying in your office.
Hawks had caught you in the hallway when he got back, an uncharacteristically sad look on his face. He’d told you with such remorse it was as if he was the one at fault. You were proud that you’d managed to keep your composure long enough to make it into your office, but you’d broke down immediately after closing the door. Loud, uncontrollable sobs wracked your body with each breath. Even with the door closed, you were almost positive Hawks could hear you.
This was confirmed by a knock at the door. Softly, Hawks spoke.
“Y/N, are you okay?”
You bit back a sob.
“I’m fine, Hawks,” you said, even though you both knew you were very much not fine.
He sighed as you tried your best to hide your sobbing. “C’mon love, don’t shut me out. You need a friend right now, and I’m right here.”
It was your turn to sigh. He was right. As much as you hated crying in front of people, the thought of being alone at that moment felt unbearable. You needed a shoulder to cry on.
Slowly, you opened the door, peaking up at your partner through teary lashes. He gave you one look and pulled you into a tight hug, his arms and wings both wrapping around you. The sobs you’d kept at bay rushed out of you like a dam breaking. Your hands gripped his shirt like it was the only thing keeping you afloat. He pet your hair and cooed as you cried, whispering about how it was all going to be alright.
It took a while, but finally you were able to breathe without more tears falling. Hawks didn’t seem to notice you had stopped crying, though, as he kept you pinned to his chest in a strong hold. You pressed your hands against his chest lightly to signal to him, but to no avail. You slowly looked up at him, only to see him staring back at you. He let the hand that was petting you fall as you made eye contact.
He didn’t say anything, choosing instead to give you a small smile. The distance separating you was so miniscule you could see the intricacies in his golden eyes. You’d never been this close to him before, and you found yourself drinking in every last detail of his beautiful face. It was nice to have something besides the pain to focus on, especially something so handsome.
It must have been minutes before he spoke. “You okay, little bird?”
Your heart fluttered. He’d called you that before, but with him so close, holding so tight, it felt different. You had half a mind to think he meant for it to feel different, too.
In your stupor, you gave perhaps the stupidest answer you could have. “Yeah, you’re just… really close right now.”
The breathlessness in your voice made him laugh. Something beyond mirth shimmered in his eyes, though. Something a little darker.
“I know, little bird,” he emphasized, and you knew he could feel the shudder that passed through you. “But do you mind?”
It took you a moment to respond. Did you mind? No, not in the slightest. In fact, you wouldn’t mind if he were the tiniest bit closer, if by some chance your lips were pressed against his…
You didn’t know who initiated it, but suddenly your mouths mashed together in a passionate kiss that took your breath away. You could feel Hawks smiling into your lips, as if he’d won something long sought after. It was too easy to smile back, tearstained cheeks and all.
You were still upset, but kissing Hawks was a glorious distraction from your woes. It was soft and sweet and gone too quickly, but it told you one thing. Your asshole boyfriend didn’t deserve you, but you knew someone who did.
An escape For the one thing you think about. Your writing is an escape.
Yes! I think we both feel like writing is an escape for us too, and it makes me happy that others can find comfort in what we do. I create things for people to enjoy, so i’m really really glad that people do. Thank you for this anon, and I hope everyone can continue to enjoy our content. ☺️♥️
Hey!! Sorry for the long wait, but i’ve finally managed to finish it! I’m pretty happy with it, so I hope you enjoy it too!
Thank you for sending in an ask! This one is pretty angsty, but we can all use some angst now and again 🥺✨
Anyway, enjoy!! ~Ollie
20. “Don’t shut me out.”
98. “Can’t you stay a little longer?”
Misery
Word count: 1054
“We’re you ever going to tell me?!” You screamed, hot tears streaming down your face as you turned your body away from him. You couldn’t face him. At least, not right now. Your chest was heaving as you struggled to breathe, sobs wracking through your body.
“Y/n, listen to me-“ Bakugo started, his voice calm as he reached out to you. You wouldn’t let him near you.
“No! You can’t just do that Katsuki! You can’t just drop that on me and expect me to be fine!!”
You weren’t fine. Not at all.
“If you would just let me talk-“ He tried again. He clenched his jaw and balled his fists, his once calm voice slowly raising to match yours. Cursing under your breath and ignoring him still, you stomp over to your shared bedroom, the volume of your cries ever increasing. “Will you just wait for a fucking second?!” You slam the door shut, turning the lock with a click.
“Just go away!” You wail. Your body collapses against the wood, sliding down until you’re curled up and sobbing into your hands.
“Open the damn door!” He shouts, hands feverishly running through his hair as he curses. He’s greeted with nothing but your quiet sobs. An angry growl can be heard as he raises a fist, two seconds away from blowing down the stupid door himself. He knows better, though. Another long string of curse words leave his lips as he gently presses a palm to the door instead. “Please y/n... Don’t shut me out.” His voice cracks ever so slightly, sending a pang of guilt straight to your heart.
You’re hesitant at first, standing slowly and letting your fingers dance over the doorknob. If anything, you certainly felt betrayed. He had decided to tell you he was moving thousands of miles away a day before he was leaving. Hell, you didn’t even have a full day to spend with him, and his excuse was such bullshit.
‘Goodbyes are hard.’ he had muttered shortly after your frantic questions began. You knew damn well he was right, but he still should’ve told you sooner. You weren’t sure you could handle saying goodbye to the love of your life at all, let alone permanently.
You give into temptation of seeing him though, and eventually the click of the lock echos throughout the cold apartment. Bakugo perks up as you crack open the door. A new wave of tears pours down your face as you peek out at your boyfriend. He gives you a sad look and proceeds to push the rest of the way in himself, not willing to wait for you. Almost immediately upon his entry, his arms wrap around you. You’re pulled you into a tight hug as he mumbles comforting words into your hair and holds you close. Weak hands grip onto his shirt as you cry into his chest.
“D-do you have to g-go? Please d-don’t leave me.” Bakugou sighs as he crushes you in his warm embrace.
“I’m sorry, princess. I have to go.” You feel your body tremble as you continue to cry.
He was moving. He was leaving you behind. You might never see him again.
“F-for how lo-long?” you mutter between sniffles and hiccups, doing what you can to compose yourself.
“Just for a little while.”
“How long, Katsuki.” You snap, tugging on the fabric that decorated his body. He sighs and bites his lip.
“3 years.” You pull back to look at him as you feel your heart snap in your chest.
3. years. 3 long fucking years, and he didn’t have the heart to tell you until today.
“A-and your leaving tomorrow?” you ask, your voice hardly over a whisper. He nods, doing his best to avoid your glossy eyes. Your tears begin to fall with much more force, staining your cheeks with rivers of grief. “Pl-Please don’t l-leave me. I-I don’t want to l-lose you. I can’t lose you ‘Suki, please j-just stay here.” You choke on your words, holding his shirt in tight fists as an ache settles in his chest.
“I can’t, baby, i’m sorry. I have to go.” He scowls as he feels his own tears begin to prick at the corners of his eyes. He hated seeing you like this, and it hurt more knowing it was his fault. He does his best to blink away the tears, not willing to cry in front of you.
“Can’t y-you just stay a-a little l-longer?” He closes his eyes and hugs you close to him. He couldn’t stay. You both knew this move was already set in stone. There was nothing you could do at this point.
Bakugo rocks you in his arms. It was a feeble attempt to relax your trembling form. You do your best to focus on the beating of his heart and steady breathing as you cry out your feelings. You couldn’t believe this. 3 fucking years.
After what felt like an eternity of ugly crying, your sobbing is finally reduced to quiet sniffles. You felt exhausted, your limbs were heavy and your chest had an all too familiar ache. Bakugo is quick to lift you in his strong arms, slowly walking you over to your shared bed. He was probably just as tired as you were. It was late, and intense emotions can take a lot out of you.
His leg bumps the mattress as he goes to gently drop you, but your hands grip onto him like a vice, afraid that he would disappear if you let go for even a second. With a quiet sigh the blonde hero slides onto the bed next to you, pulling you close as he does his best to tuck you under the covers.
Tonight he was going to hold onto you with everything he had. He would be gone by morning, so it was his last chance to let you know he loved you.
He really did love you, too. None of this was meant to happen. He never wanted to hurt you.
As your body slowly lulls itself to sleep, he kisses your forehead, the tears he had denied earlier finally making their long awaited debut.
“I promise i’ll come back soon, princess.” he whispers into your hair. “I love you.”
It would be a long awaited return, but perhaps the two of you could meet again in your dreams.
Reblog if it’s okay for your followers to leave you an ask telling you what the one thing is they remember you for as a writer. Is it a scene or a detail or a specific line? Is it something like style or characterization? Is it that one weird kink they never thought they’d be into, but oh my god wow self-discovery time?

48 and uh 61 for Shinsou?? Need recovery after that angst😷😷 The sadness is infectious
This one was fun! Thanks for the ask! I hope it’s not too short 🥺👉👈 ~ Cassidy
P.S. there's a cat named Oliver because the real Ollie suggested it 😂

48. “It was a joke, baby, I swear.”
61. “It’s just a scratch.”
Fake Crying
“It was a joke, baby, I swear,” Shinsou cried. “I – I didn’t mean to make you cry…”
He sounded so sorry you almost, almost laughed. Not that his sadness was funny to you. You just thought it was funny at that moment because he was sorry over nothing. You were fake crying, after all. You must have been putting on a great show, too, because he was believing it.
You two had been sharing a lazy afternoon in your apartment, watching movies. It was a rare off day for both of you, and instead of doing anything grandiose, you chose to stay home and just enjoy each other’s company. You’d stayed in your pajamas and brought some blankets out to the couch and settled in. Your cat, Oliver, had decided to join you. He was the reason you were fake crying.
During a particularly boring part of the movie, Shinsou had turned to look down at you where you lay on his chest, Oliver on your stomach.
“You know, I think you love that cat more than me,” he’d commented. You had shaken your head in response.
“Nah,” you’d replied.
That’s when he had said something he’d learn to regret.
“Well, I think I love him more than you. Huh, Ollie?” He’d reached up to pet the cat, completely ignoring your scoff, so you resorted to more drastic tactics.
You’d learned to fake cry on a whim a long time ago, and boy had it turned out useful. You had started with a single tear and a sniffle, just to get him to notice. Then you had taken it up a notch, letting out a small sob. Finally, you had let the sobs wrack your body violently as you turned to pound on Shinsou’s chest.
That’s when Shinsou made his other comment. He was astonished. Even if it was your time of the month, he had never seen you so easily upset. Was he being unempathetic? Was what he said really that bad? He was also completely lost. How was he supposed to help you? This was one problem he really didn’t understand. If he could get you to answer him, he could calm you down easily, but what would he say after that?
What the fuck was going on?
You relished in your little prank but knew you couldn’t drag it on for too long. Slowly you let the sobs fade into laughter, which of course sent Shinsou reeling. Now really, what the fuck was going on?
Your laughter rang out loud and clear as you rose to look him in the eye. His baffled face had you laughing even more. His eyebrows cinched together, his mouth opening and closing on a loop.
“What? You can’t have really thought I was that easily offended,” you said, batting your eyelashes the slightest bit.
It took him a moment to form a response, and even then, he stuttered a bit.
“I – What? You’re just… okay?” he stammered.
You smirked. “I thought you knew I could cry on command.”
He bit back a retort quickly. “Well, excuse me for being concerned about my crying girlfriend.”
You laughed again. “Thank you, Hitoshi,” you said, leaning in for a quick kiss. “I love you.”
He nodded. “Uh-huh, sure you do.”
Grinning, you laid back down, looking at the little cat who hadn’t even shifted. “I do, and I love you, too, Ollie.”
You reached under the kitten’s stomach to lift him to your face, but that was your first mistake. He hissed, clawing at your hand as he bolted off the couch.
“Fuck!” you cried. “That hurt!”
Shinsou had concern in his eyes as you turned to look at him, cradling your hand.
“Are you okay, baby?”
You sighed. “Yeah,” You held your hand up for him to see. “It’s just a scratch. That asshole has some sharp claws, though.”
Said asshole had made a return to the couch, though, this time searching for affection from Shinsou. The cat was perfectly fine now, nuzzling against Shinsou’s palm as if nothing had happened.
“I think we know who he loves more,” Shinsou said, cocky grin on his face.
