Was listening to Wine Red by The Hush Sound when this came to me. I'm almost always looking for inspiration these days (yay burnout) but generally there are stories behind the stuff I draw. There's none here. I just wanted to draw Caleb with blood everywhere. and kind of observe how Caleb is (in my head at least) made of sharp angles and rounder shapes. Translastes horribly into the final piece but what can you do

Watched episode 60 like 2/3 days ago and proceeded to immediately draw this because I just could not leave it behind. Big sad nobody other than Laura heard it.

After watching the Mighty Nein the animated series, I decided waiting for more content (season 2, no date set for release as far as I know) wasn't something I could do. I mean, look at them! They're all so lovely and interesting. I don't remember why, but I went to look at the cast and got spoiled

I, reasonably, immediately went HUH?? and looked at the wiki.

I started watching the campaign knowing it was coming. I knew how it would happen, even, and when. I was already attached thanks to the series but I thought, eh, it'll be fine, I mean I'm ready for it, yeah? Plus I've got 20+ episodes before it happens. I'll be fine.

I started getting nervous when I reached episode 20.

I reached episode 25 and cried at Kiri's farewell. Someone in the comments said that hearing Molly go "take care of them" and Kiri repeating it knowing what would happen ONE EPISODE LATER hurt.

Episode 26 was another beast. Subtle foreshadowing so subtle even the people at the table didn't know. I felt so tense, just waiting for it to happen. Nearing the end, I kept looking at the screen. It was Molly's turn, it wrote on the screen that he still had 14 hp left, so I thought that maybe he'd get a little more hurt and on his next turn would be left at 1 or 2 hp and still try a blood maledict.

"Oh for fuck's sake. My blood maledict literally kills me."

Stumbled upon The Mighty Nein the same way I usually find fandoms: random clips on youtube. I watched it for Caleb's story and I have to admit Mollymauk just stole my heart.

I'm not used to forshortening or dynamic poses, but this was fun to do. Also this is the first full artwork i've finished in months and it just had to be him huh

There's not much story behind this one, just regular "I'll go to hell and back for you" sentiment. If Johnny's powers don't manifest for Kenshi in the next game or something i will cry. anyway

This was a silly idea that came to me because I've been imagining what would happen for Johnny and Kenshi to be "even" ("You saved my life and nearly died for it, now its my turn" if you will)

I am a firm believer that Johnny came out of the one Outworld mission with severe Survivor's Guilt (I also think Kung Lao didn't come out of it unscathed either, but unlike Johnny he does not feel responsible for Kenshi's blinding in any way)

i've done vids before but never actual animating, so its eh. kind of proud of it, kind of hating it lol. also the backgrounds killed me as always
