i don't know much about makeup. i don't know all the terms, all the products, all the little things that people who love this stuff already know.

when i look at my friends, they are so into these things. they talk about makeup, hair, nails, colours, and all these little things that make them happy. they make me sit there and listen to them yap about everything, and i always do.

i might not understand every single thing they're talking about, but i love seeing how excited they get when they talk about something they love.

and every time i listen to them, there is always this little thought in my head..

one day, i'll do this with you.

one day, i'll sit there and listen to you talk about your favourite lipstick, your favourite styles, the things you want to try, and all the little details that make you feel beautiful.

i want to choose nail designs with you. i want you to show me different colours and ask me what i think. i want to be involved in those little things that make you smile.

when we go to a store and you want to try different lipsticks or makeup, i'll happily be your little test subject. put it on me. try it on my skin. see if it matches what you imagined. i'll sit there and let you experiment because i know how happy it makes you when you find something you love.

when you get a haircut, i want to know everything. i want to hear what style you want, why you like it, and what you're hoping it will look like. i'll probably do my own little research because i want to understand it instead of just standing there clueless.

i want to stay with you while you get your hair done. i want to sit there for hours, bring you snacks and drinks, and watch your face light up when you see the final result.

i want to see that little moment when you look in the mirror and feel happy with yourself.

because i know these things might seem small to some people, but they're not small when they make you happy.

i don't need to know everything about makeup or fashion.

i just want to know you.

i want to know the things you love, the things that make you excited, and the little rituals that make you feel like yourself.

i've been dreaming about these ordinary little moments for so long.

maybe cause i am a possessive freak too.

tell me when you want me home.

call me whenever you miss me.

ask me who i'm going out with, not because you don't trust me, but because you dont play about me.

be that woman who notices when my shirt buttons are open too much and fixes them for me with that little look on your face. keep your hand on my thigh when we're together in public, just enough to remind me that i'm yours.

put your hairband around my wrist and let me wear it like my favourite bracelet.

let me change my phone pin to your birthday because i want that little piece of you everywhere in my life. have access to my phone, not because we need to check each other, but because there is nothing i would ever want to hide from you.
