to add to that last ask, I’ve been drawing a TON on top of doing a bunch work inside of different disciplines.  I’ll start showing stuff when there’s more concrete stuff to hype up.  But basically know I haven’t quit art, and I’m still at it, just for the moment it’s gotta be in the shadows.  Thank you for bearing with me :D

Two pieces I did for Woolie’s new channel Woolie Versus

hope that isn’t too discouraging or whatever, but it’s better to get the info out there, because its near impossible statistically to make a living off comics (especially comics ALONE).  That said I think comics did a lot of legwork towards getting me a number of those freelance jobs, and they certainly made me a better artist, so they aren’t the worst use of your time :P

My career has been nothing if not a continued series of failures.  You just need to keep picking yourself back up, dusting yourself off, and getting on to the next thing.  It’s easy to want to stay down after enough failure, negative feedback, what have you - but you need to always remember that everyone else is likely failing (or at least has failed prior to any success) as well.  It’s how we learn, it’s how we progress, it’s how we evolve.  Don’t make the same mistake twice and you’ll be fine.  Just keep your head down, keep moving, and keep creating.
