Is Black Star still able to fight like he used to despite the dad weight he put on?

He probably can't fight as long as he used to, but his strength is still present. In the course of the story he hasn't had to fight in a while since prioritizing his family first. This is even the case when we first see him again, when he is 18/19 he has slightly gained weight because he fights less and works out less to prioritize raising his daughter (Angela). He goes from the man to transcend god to the dad to transcend god, which I consider an absolute win.
