This is a scene from Kou's route in Diabolik Lovers: More Blood. It's from DARK 7, right at the beginning!
Basically it shows Kou being adorable as he is rather fascinated with Yui being in the kitchen! :)

This scene starts after Kou corners Yui in the kitchen.
Yui: コウくんはなにが好きの？
(What food does Kou-kun like?)
Kou: 俺はねえ、パスタが好き!
(I like pasta!)
Yui: *へえ、意外と普通だ。*
(inner monologue: *Eh, it's surprisingly normal.*)
Kou: もちろん一番の好物はきみの血だけど。ま、それはまだ後でね。
(Of course, my favourite food has to be your blood, but, pasta is the next best!)
Kou: 吸いすぎて倒れられでもしたら料理も食べられなくなっちゃうし。
(But if I drink too much, I won't be able to have my dish.)
Kou: でも作るのがあんまり遅がったら、がまんしきれなくて、代わりにいみを食べちゃうかもよ？ ふふふっ
(But if you take too long to prepare, I might just become impatient and eat something else instead? Fufufu~)
Yui: す、すぐに作るよ！
(I'll start making it now!)
Kou: それならほら、 さっさと手を動がしなよ。見ててあげるからさ。
(Hey, the way your hand moves while preparing the pasta is really fast. I get to watch you prepare food!)
Yui: 見てるの？ここで？
(You're looking at? This?)
Kou: うん。興味あるし。
(Yeah. It's interesting.)
Yui: *意外だな。。。料理に興味があるなんて。*
(inner monologue: It's surprising... to think that he would be interested in cooking)
