The genre of the story I’m writing is fantasy (although the setting is more like the real world than any high fantasy stuff) and it has a lot of religious references. Since I’ve been writing it to explore my own religious guilt.

I don’t want to add too many details, but I’ve been working on it for a while now. For now it sits in my drafts and my journal. Perhaps someday it will see the light of day, but that day isn’t anytime soon.

first of all ive never seen anyone individually call them rat and piss and im still laughing about that as i write this. Anyway the main ideas im rotating in my brain right now are:

1) They go on a date to a fair/carnival or something. Mostly I just want them to go on a ferris wheel or a rickety ass rollercoaster because they want to impress the other person but they're both lowkey scared of heights. Maybe they get stuck on the ferris wheel and pass the time talking to distract each other hehe. I want aventurine to use his good luck to win ratio a stupid little duck stuffed animal. Et cetera. shenanigans happen

2) Major Character Death, Mourning and heartbreak. one of them is going to die and its whatever one hurts the other more. i actually have a fic in the shop about this (baby's first major character death) but it wont be written for a while so. Yeah
