I've been a fan of NiGHTS since around 2017-2018, and painting was just always my favorite thing to do digitally, and to me it felt like they went hand in hand. My plans for the zine are mainly focusing on most of the NiD nightmaren.

My first post here on Tumblr! . Thought I should post my Vanillance artwork here first since it's one of my personal favorite pieces of fanart that I've created for Balan Wonderworld! Made this one a while ago, but it still really holds up!

Lance is such a complex villain but I also feel like there was a lot of wasted potential when it came to his story and presence (especially in the game). I can't help but wonder about his past rather than the brief information he gave in the novel. What brings up even more questions is the implication throughout the novel that the lore mentioned about him could be false. It creates a lot of speculation that though I find fun, it still comes off as unsatisfying.

I would honestly love to post about my head canons about his backstory on here and such. So maybe if I feel inspired again to draw him, I'll see if I can!
