One of my deep-rooted agonizing bus-related fears is that i will accidentally lean on the thing that makes the bus say "stop requested!" and then the bus driver will stop the bus and then when no one gets up to get off the bus the bus driver will get up and turn around to look at all the passengers and somehow determine that i pressed the thing and then they will make me get off of the bus and theyll be really mad

#and also this scenario except someone else pressed the thing but the bus driver thinks i did it because of my resting guilty face #so every time i lean on the wall on a bus or someone presses the thing or i press the thing i have a speedrun panic #and also maybe i see that bus driver again and they remember What I Did and make me get off the bus at the same wrong stop

Sometimes i write and its like woah that is a poem/song/story with words and it conveys something and makes sense maybe and sometimes i write and i look back at it and in order to rhyme the last line ending in CEOs ive written "golly gee sure mister i'll wet those toes"

#which would be fine if it didnt also totally fuck up the meter #mildly nsfw #cw toes #and also disrupting the meter is fun but you do in fact sometimes need to establish the meter to make rhat work good #and this is the 2nd line so nooothing is established #except for i guess the speaker will wet those toes if u ask #but i cant think of anything else that rhymes with CEOs except maybe elbows #and like the rhythm is so easily awkward with that #whereas “wet those toes” and “CEOs” is like yeah ok sure that sounds the same #i studied the Bard #(unnecessary step in your journey to writing lines like “golly gee ill suck the toes” or whatever but)

When poker face got cancelled by peacock and then rian johnson was like "actually its fine itll get picked up season 3 will happen AND also we are recasting Natasha Lyonne's role with Peter Dinklage and this was like kind of always the plan was 2 seasons and then recast the main role" like do i believe this was always the plan maybe not i dont really know why he said all that but i do think that more shows should do this just recast a main role 2 seasons in without trying to hide it or cast a similar looking performer just fucking do it
