— Johnny fell first, but Peter fell harder.

— They’re both insanely competitive. Game nights were banned at the Baxter Building because Johnny nearly set the Monopoly board on fire and Peter pulled Johnny into a headlock because he saw him shoving money into his pockets.

— If Johnny cooks, Peter does the dishes. If Peter cooks, Peter also does the dishes, because Johnny fucking hates doing the dishes.

— Peter tells Johnny he can’t thermoregulate because of his spider powers, but that’s a lie he uses so he can cuddle Johnny more.

— They fight a lot, mostly about stupid stuff. Their last argument was about the correct answer to the hypothetical: “Would you rather fight one horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses?”

— Johnny’s love language is touch and Peter’s is acts of service.

— Peter’s struggles to relax because he’s constantly on high alert. Johnny’s presence is one of the only things that can calm him down.

— Peter said “I love you” first, but didn’t make a big deal out of it. He gave Johnny a kiss, said, “Okay, love you, bye,” and left for work. Johnny was reeling for the rest of the day.
