A normal person's brain is like a closet filled with filing cabinets, right? Every cabinet is filled with papers and every paper is filled with information. And like a room filled with filing cabinets of information, the human brain can hold a lot of information too. But, If a neurotypical person's brain is a room, filled with their thoughts, ideas, and knowledge: Then the closest thing to an ADHD brain would be a giant endless sea. A sea Filled with thoughts and ideas, and maybe a bit of knowledge. It stretches farther than the human eye can see. And on this giant, endless, boundless sea of constantly moving and shifting information there is a raft. It's small, and its stability is... questionable at best. And on that raft sits the neurodivergent person whose brain is this sea. And they can't just pick a paper and read it, because there are no papers. No organization. Just water. And the only way they have to process the water is through this tiny little plastic cup. It's a sample cup, the size of a shot glass. And they have to use this cup because if they tried to look at the sea directly to interpret it, they'd get overwhelmed by the waves and their raft would sink. ADHD is simply having a mind that is bigger than ourselves. A brain that's all scrambled, constantly clashing against itself like waves. And an attention span so small, that we couldn't possibly make a dent in trying to unscramble our mind, even if we spend an eternity scooping those thoughts one by one out of the ocean with our tiny plastic cup. Sounds a little overwhelming... doesn't it?

It's been like two weeks and I just now processed that I spoke to her... not only that, but she RESPONDED! SHE SPOKE TO ME. I HAVE BEEN SPOKEN TO BY HER WE HAD A CONVERSATION! WHY IS THIS AMAZING ME?????
