In a world where AI's are continuously growing and developing, can they truly replace professions like artists and writers?

The obvious answer is no. However, even though that is the case, it still doesn't change the fact that many artists can and will lose their professions if Ai "artworks" continue to be advertised and developed.

But—as cliche as it may sound—the works of Ai are incomparable to the works of humans. Ai work does not have a heart, it does not have the roughness of an art from the erased mark of a pencil nor will it ever have the precision of a writer to write an unperfected story, these things are what creates a true masterpiece.

It will just be full of perfection where it becomes dull, no hard work, no history, no struggle, no feelings.

It will all just be a perfect piece from a machine that was designed to create an imperfect masterpiece.

Do you know the feeling like, you can't completely call yourself a writer because you did not learn enough to be considered one? But still, you're writing a story.

It's the feeling where you're just good enough to be praised but not good enough to be acknowledged.

And for me that's worse. You can't totally say that you're a writer because you're afraid they will have bigger expectations from you, especially if writing is just a hobby to you. You write because you like it, but when suddenly, guidelines, formats and other techniques are mentioned, you blank out because you did not recognize any of them.

And I think that it's wrong to feel that way. Because we often forget, in the past there were no qualifications for someone to be acknowledged as a writer. Authors from the past didn't become an author because of their amazing format or style of writing. They became an author because they wanted to deliver something that actions alone can't do.

Delivering different opinions, stories, point of views is the whole meaning of what it means to write a story.

So as long as there's a want inside you to make your opinions or story heard, don't be afraid to call yourself a writer, at the end of the day, you write for yourself and not for others.

So if somebody asks me about harry potter it will go like this:

Person: Hey do you know harry potter? Have you watched it?

Me: I know how the story will go but I haven't watched it.

Person: Oh? You read the book?

Me: (⁠⊙⁠_⁠◎⁠) Sure?

For a brief background, our mc works as a forensic(this is the only danmei novel I read that the mc works as a forensic.) and the ml is a falsely accused criminal in the past, the ml's case was not solved but instead he disappeared/died not sure, closing his case.

But then our dear mc, I think he bought a house near the seaside and that particular house was the house where the ml was last seen. In that house our mc discovered a hidden hideout and in that room he was able to communicate with the ml in the past where the ml was just falsely accused of a crime and now they are working together to prove the ml's innocence and rewrite his fate. That's the brief summary.

I don't even know what is happening when he starts to scream at his eldest brother and guys let me tell you, when I say I felt the ache in his throat as he screamed, I was not joking. It's literally like sand paper. He is screaming that angrily and desperately. I woke up crying and sobbing bruh.

That is the most realistic dream I had ever dreamt in my entire life. It's to the point where I tried to sleep again to continue his story and like if he got his revenge or smth. Sadly, even though I fell asleep, it did not continue my dream. :(
