I like the DHMIS fandom today, everyone’s taken their own spin on it and there’s so many different and unique universes and ideas floating around, far superior creativity wise than back in the popular days where everything was kinda copied and cliche. :0

Like I miss that stuff so much man, it’s all dead now. There havn’t even been new fanfictions since 2015.

I watched The Greatest Showman yesterday with my friend (by the way, terribly historically inaccurate representation of true events.) but now I have the unholy desperate urge to write a Survival AU where fallen Concepts, unable to fit into human society due to their inhuman colours and bizare features, start a circus so that they can survive.
Dreams would be a great ringmaster, very morally grey and would look damn fabulous in a tophat and coat tails.
Nightmares in her monsterous form would be a greater attraction than any lion or tiger.
Paige and Tony with their great agility, strength and fearlessness could easily be on trapeeze.
Love, the amazing fairy of a man with wings like a butterfly who can fly and do tricks in the air.
Fire, the amazing strong man who can not only lift fifty times his own bodyweight but can also step into roaring flames unharmed.
You’ve got people who can dance perfectly in sync, who can sing like angels and have incredible inhuman powers. Unique people to be wowed at, Nature who can grow fruit from her arms and Chaos who has eyes scattered all over her body. Concepts with skin every colour of the rainbow, Concepts with wings and sharp teeth, Concepts who can shift and morph their bodies, Concepts with translucent skin or that give off light.
It would be such a creepy and amazing show, and they’d be constantly having to move because people would accuse them of being monsters, Angels would be hunting them down, the Voices would not be happy and neither would the Concepts from the realm, showing off your abilities so openly to humans would be frowned upon. This group of dangerous and mysterious creatures appearing an then disapearing just as quickly from towns and cities, leaving humans frightened and amazed.
Them living and traveling together like one big family of misfits, not welcome in their world or this one, teasing and fighting and protecting each other because they are all they each have in this illegal and dangerous life.
THIS ONE CHAPTER OF SURVIVAL IS SO DAMN HARD I HAVE LIKE EIGHT ROUGH DRAFTS AND NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING.
TOO MANY PLOT POINTS IN 5000 WORDS. COLLEGE DID NOT TEACH ME TO FIT THIS MUCH CONTENT INTO SO FEW WORDS.
