When I feel bad I have no energy left to hold myself back from making it worse. I know that looking through old messages will hurt me but I still do. And I know that being ignored will rip me apart, but I still send a text that I know will not get any response. I need someone to care but I say that I'm fine. I'm afraid and losing myself to this darkness...
